The staff is very friendly

I visited this place today . And the carpet is still dirty.and did see the nurse or tech working all the nurse where sitting behind the desk. Got my feelings hurt by one resident. But I did enjoy visiting the other residents I saw.

The lady who gave me the tour at Viva Senior Living at Wilson was the director. She was very knowledgeable and very personable. She gave me some good information about other things that can help my senior friend. I was very pleased with the facility. I did not sample the food, but I asked the other residents and they felt the food was good. They showed me the dining room and several different sitting areas and I was able to see where they held activities. Their apartments are comparable to other places that I've seen before. I liked the one-bedroom better than the studio.

There were a few minor snags during the first month, but overall I'm quite pleased with Wilson Manor. The facility is clean, the food is very good, and the staff are kind and helpful. I would recommend Wilson Manor to anyone looking for assisted living in Lebanon.

Mom doesn't like it. She complains about the food all the time. They have caught a couple of UTI before they got serious. She likes her aide. [name removed] at the desk is who I interact with and she's very nice and efficient. She's safe and they monitor her. My brother is in the area and visits weekly. He doesn't have any concerns. This is the 4 facility she's been in. And they all seem the same. Or at least she has the same complaints. She complained when she lived with me. It's not her home. Not her friends. They don't know how to season things or cook .

They were clean, Friendly and their care was great. Meals were delicious and the cost was well deserved. I was very pleased with Wilson Manor and A Place for Mom.

The staff was always friendly. However, I guess they were like other places and short staffed my mother in law fell in the bathroom and she said they never checked on her until next day. She fell several times while there. The biggest problem she had a boot where she broke foot on one of the falls and nobody checked it. When she went to rehab they looked and she had 2 places on her foot that had turned black where it was too tight. So not the best experience, but it was always clean and staff friendly.

The meals need improvement nutrition wise. The staff is very friendly. I need to stay on top of the medicines myself. The activities are good. The quality of care could be better if the techs were better trained. The cleanliness is good. Cost wise I don't think you get what you pay for, but I'm not sure that would be better anywhere else.
