4.5 · 13 reviewsI just had a few complaints. In the beginning it was great but I felt like as time went on and Dad was so confused some seemed to have lost their compassion. The food in the beginning was great but it had gotten not so good. Cleaning his room started getting somewhat slacking! They did not have a lot of activities for men. All in all, I felt like it was a beautiful facility and for the most part took good care of my dad.
What makes their care so top notch is how good they are at communication. There are never any surprises and staff is always letting me know what's going on. They really are amazing and we have felt so safe with grandma in their care
Generally based off of our experience, The Pavilion Senior Living at Lebanon is a facility that I would recommend to other families who are searching for care for their loved ones.

The Pavilion Senior Living at Lebanon Rehabilitation and Long-Term Care is excellent. They help get my husband to the doctor. They come and pick him up and bring him back. Sometimes when I am not available, the head nurse will make the call to get him around. They are a lot of help. They give him his meds and his eye drops. I think he's in a good place. The staff is very nice, friendly, and caring. They're wonderful and easy to talk to. The facility is very clean and they do a great job keeping it updated. He seems to be happy with the food. He's always anxious to get out in the dining room, whether it's breakfast, lunch, or dinner. I had a dinner at Thanksgiving and it was wonderful, and the families were able to come and visit and eat. They gave him vegetables, meat, and dessert. The activities are great. They have something going on all the time, like games.
Excellent staff, nurse, other caregivers. Always clean, everyone is happy. I would highly recommend this place
The rooms were more of a home atmosphere, the patio attached to each room was also one of the reasons we chose Pavilion. The staff is always very helpful and actively coordinator is great with the residents.
All around the board! My in laws are enjoying themselves. They are very professional, attentive and kind . They are always available to help us with concerns or questions about the care of our love ones.
I toured this community and it seemed nice. It was a clean facility and everyone seemed friendly.
