My family and I are so grateful for the exceptional care that our family member has received at Quality. The administrator for admissions made the process seem seamless. When we arrived there, we were met by a nurse, a concierge, the dietitian, and a tech. We have witnessed both the night and daytime shifts for multiple days now, and all have been excellent in caring for our family member. They are prompt and professional. I can’t count the number of personnel who has stopped by our room to see if not only our family member needs anything, but also if we need anything. They have made a most…

They have made a most difficult time much more bearable and have lessened the stress that we have experience experienced over the past several months. I cannot thank this facility enough for what they have done for us.

I am not sure where the people (or bots/paid for positive reviews) leaving these stellar reviews visited or stayed, but it cannot have possibly been the place that my grandmother was staying. My grandmother was moved here after suffering a fall, and basically was left in bed to rot. When my sister and I came to visit on a Saturday, my mother's concerns about her sodium levels (which was a known concern expressed to staff) and her wish to get labs drawn due to some mild deterioration had rapidly escalated to her being on the brink of death. Staff stated that what we were seeing was normal for her, despite multiple family members having seen her doing much better just days earlier. The most telling facts about Quality and the care they provide are these: 1. The hospital started an abuse/neglect protocol due to the state she arrived in after we called 911 to try to keep her alive. 2. She required treatment for refeeding syndrome as she had dropped to 72 lbs. SEVENTY TWO. 3. Staff was dismissive of concerns, passing the buck constantly. 4. Her adult diaper was disgusting, saturated, and stuck to her body. They must have spent the large portion of whatever budget they have on a very impressive lobby which is like an old Hollywood western - very impressive but step inside and there is no substance. It's a lie. I'm surprised I didn't find my grandmother cold and dead because it seems like that was not too far in the future if she had stayed there.

I want to let you know how fantastic Kay Weir and Cecelia Hall were to me.They were beyond amazing. Therapy was outstanding and very helpful to my healing and I couldn't have done this with without them. nurses Deaven Cartwright was the best nurse I've ever had and I'm going to miss her.

I have been here at quality care rehabilitation for 6 weeks now. The weekend techs for the most part don't care whether their patients are cared for or not. They sit around in the break room talking and laughing. The food needs more variety and flavor. I have had the something for breakfast 45 days in a row because they don't accommodate for special diet requirements. In my opinion that is totally unacceptable. A major concern is that on several occasions I would press my call light. Still have to sit and wait 30 minutes. Someone would finally come turn off the call light and say they would tell your tech what you needed only to keep waiting at least another hour. Nobody comes. The cycle starts over again. When your tech does finally get there he/she said they were never told. You get every excuse under the sun. The only department I can say is top notch is Respiratory Therapy, Occasional Therapy and Physical Therapy.

Since I came here I have never felt more welcomed and treated like a queen. They are efficient and their name says it all they are Quality give them 10 stars

The Nurses are mostly good some not ,and lazy, some just overloaded with patients. Waited 2 hrs 4 times to get a nurse with call light and asking aides. The places has been added on and rooms are old and depressing. I encoutered Nurse aides yelling as I needed someone to clean water from broken toliet 2 days in a row. I and roomate fall risks. Some wonderful aides some nasty ones with an attitude like doing us a favor. Guess what YOU work for the patient! PT is great here though and a highlight. As is the respitory therapist who is a ray of sunshine in this dark Hell of an excuse, " to make you well??" Food the worst for you and disgusting Owners have to be so cheap to feed the slop here to recovering or disabled patients. I attached a couple pics. Everthing fried, no on demand menu like present you have to ask 3 or 4 people if you want something different. No sugar butter, salt, pepper condiments on tray Ever! I was on a regular diet. Hard fried pork. Chicken patties, greasy tots. Real healthy! I had one banana and one small bowel of fresh fruit in over 2 weeks, no vitamins or anything to promote health to heal. DO NOT GO HERE, worth place I have over been and overmedicated me .

My mom recently spent several weeks here. Everyone who we interacted with here was great from the administrative team to the caregivers! I was there nearly every day and the rooms were always clean and nothing ever smelled amiss. While in the rooms there might be cosmetic things that could be improved, like chipped paint, I would much rather have the patients well taken care of. Response times were good when the call button was used. If you are new to the issues that arise when someone needs rehab or long-term care, I encourage you to reach out to the staff because they can help you navigate or even assist you in finding the resources to help.

Very bad facility. The staff is awful . Most of them. The place is nasty. You can’t find your tech when u need them. No one really passes ice and water. Patients has to ask for it. It’s all about the money and poor services.
