When my great aunt was diagnosed with a brain tumor and had to move from the group home she was at for years we knew we wanted her close so we could visit often. I am grateful there is a care facility like this in our tiny little town of Ridgetop! It made spending time with her much more accessible for us! Sure the building is old, BUT it is filled with workers with huge hearts like Dee! She was so compassionate to our aunt as well as our family. Tabitha is the social services lady and makes a hectic time feel much less daunting. Thank you Stoneridge!
1. Very well kept facility. Not new, but very clean and had NO poop smell. Other facilities I visited were just permeated with feces smells and I always felt I was breathing in more germs in a 1 hr visit than all week anywhere else. 2. Small facility so staff can take care of the patients correctly 3. Close to home for me (Greenbrier) 4. Good people - full time wound care nurse who does nothing else but wound care. First time my mother-in-law came home as good if not better than when she left our home. 5. Honest - our hospice company's software for something reason held onto Stoneridge's…

First time my mother-in-law came home as good if not better than when she left our home. 5. Honest - our hospice company's software for something reason held onto Stoneridge's address, so when hospice nurse ordered wound care supplies, it went to facility not our home. Nurse popped in and picked up entire box of supplies with nothing missing. They could have said they had no room to store the supplies and they were mixed in with theirs - basically we outta luck. INSTEAD, we received all the supplies. Box was opened, but individual items inside were left sealed. The bo arrived on a Friday but were not picked up until following Thursday, which was almost a week later! Wow! So if patient needs a respite visit, this is where to go. Small facility, everyone from a tech to an RN to the nursing director helped to either answer questions or direct us to correct person who could. 6. Covered under Medicare alone (no Medicaid coverage). This was a 5 day respite stay, but it was on the approved list of full time facilities too. Check with your insurance administrator before assuming Medicare/Medicaid or private insurance will cover costs. Private, self-pay (cash price) was $290/day if using no insurance (February 2026). That's steep, but it is worth the level of care she would receive if she were to be there full-time.
Such a wonderful building. Staff is great. Best kept secret in the Nashville area!!
This place needs to be shut down. Before they let anybody else dies! Because of there low staff my mom Was there for rehab from a fall. Now she died! Because of all the pills they have her on. So please let come to getoher to sue them & close them down for good.
The level of care at this facility has been improving steadily recently since they have added new admin staff. The new staff really care annd are also excellent at what they do, making vast improvements in very short amounts of time. You won’t regret putting your loved one in Stoneridge’s care.
Wonderful place!
This facility has compassionate employees who go above and beyond to make sure my loved ones needs are met. I highly recommend this facility. They have good local people in management and just a good small town vibe all the way around!
This is a wonderful little place, not too many residents so you never feel lost or overlooked. Thank you for your care to Nurse Stacey, Trisha and Danielle
