We were only there a few months before my mom passed. Jubilee was a good place. The staff was very helpful when I had questions.

My mom has been in the memory care side of Jubilee the past couple of years and the caregivers that I've encountered have been so patient and kind to mom. However, under new leadership, they reduced staffing to the point where several issues occurred that caused the state to close the memory care side down. The director and nursing director didn’t have enough respect to the residents family members by calling them and giving them the 30-day notice but instead mailed it. The worse part is they didn’t even have a meeting to inform their staff. They had to hear it from the family members or…

* UPDATE 7-2-24* I am beyond disappointed with this facility and its staff. My dad was an inaugural resident when the building opened back in 2019 and the mgmt team at that time was incredible and got the building through covid, looking out for my dad. Several months ago, the owner got rid of the entire mgmt and leadership and put in people who did not communicate (I live out of town) when things were going on with my dad. I just got a letter in the mail stating they are kicking my dad out of the facility and we have 30 days (I live in a different city and I’m also 38 weeks pregnant). There…

There was NO COMMUNICATION about any issues within the last 3+ months and it was extremely impersonal. When I asked to speak to the director Marla, she wouldn’t even meet with me because she was too busy and I had to speak with her administrative assistant. They said they had been contacting me the last several months but I have NO voicemails, NO emails, NO letters….I am also an OT who works in the assisted living world. If something was going on with my dad and it had been appropriately communicated to me-I would have asked for a plan of care meeting and responded immediately. I’m beyond disappointed and hurt. DO NOT PUT YOUR LOVED ONE IN THIS BUILDING. The owner not the staff appropriately care about or for these residents.

My loved one was previously a resident at Jubilee Hills Goodlettsville and the experience was great. Everything about it. I would recommend Jubilee Hills Goodlettsville to others.

They just got a new activities director and she is AMAZING!!! The staff always takes each persons needs into consideration. You always feel like you are the top priority even with other patients there.

am a standby customer who have witness abuse going on just one of the police by the residence I had walked into the facility and no one to know that I was there no one asked me any questions I went to see one of the employees who was working there so I can ask him some horse no questions about situation that was going on I proceed into the area that she was located and the employee was taking care of a woman who had green plus stuff in her face and look like she has never been taken care of before the employee went ahead and asked for help no one said anything to her they finally response to this put a hotel over her face and they'll be there later on to take care of her finish getting her dress she continued to go ahead and get her dressed and she asked for my help she said no I need someone ASAP to come help me

I would say that it has been fine, but my inlaws complain about the food a lot.

As a local funeral professional I am in and out of all of our area’s facilities like Jubilee Hills. It’s clean, modern and the staff is always very nice. They’re definitely worth talking to if you’re researching Senior Living Centers or are in need of Memory Care.
