Several months ago, I was searching for a facility for my mom, whom I had cared for over the past several years. She began showing signs of dementia six years ago, and recently her condition became more than I could manage—especially as she was also dealing with loneliness and depression. I had tried to find a place for her a year ago, but she wasn’t ready. This year, I was introduced to Amanda. I shared my concerns, financial limitations, and my mom’s current physical and mental condition. Within just two weeks, Amanda was able to place my mom in an excellent facility. Throughout the process, she kept me well informed, showed genuine empathy, and demonstrated a professional yet compassionate approach.
