The employees and the nurses are super nice , helpful and pretty which makes the Center a great one. My dad was always in a good mood when we went to see him,..and his rehab was enjoyable. Thanks so much for taking care of our Dad and helping us get through this...XOXO🥰
Well it was my first visit with my sis who just got admitted...i was told she was going to 405a and I came there last week left her tennis shoes for rehab and her prescription glasses along with drinks and snacks... when we arrived today she was actually in 401a and none of her stuff followed her... the shoes were new due to her toe amputation and the glasses are prescription.... one of the workers said it could be in housekeeping but was locked up for today...Hopefully her items are found as she has no other shoes to do therapy or no more prescription glasses... the place itself was nice and…

I visited my neighbor who was having rehab. She was doing good. Hopefully she gets to come home soon. Nice visit everyone was friendly
All of the staff are very helpful, friendly and welcoming. The facility is very nice. It's clean and has many nice areas to accommodate residents and visitors. As soon as my husband arrived the staff in his unit immediately began caring for him. I am very pleased!!
Just came for a visit , everyone extremely helpful as to how to navigate the facility.

The staff at the heritage center are very kind hospitable and nurturing and friendly, they have cared to my father James Smith to the best of their ability, I have come to o love them as my family and I trust them without question,they do as Jesus said,love your neighbor as yourself,Amen!!
