Friendly and caring staff

I have a dear elderly lady that has been in this facility for almost a year due to her family and 40 year friend decisions to not keep her at home. During her stay I have seen nothing but compassion and urgency to her conditions that cause her to be a fall risk. I want to thank them for their continued care for this woman. I would have 5 stars but they turn off the soda machine in the cafeteria after serving. But the care here is remarkably astounding!!! Way to be a top care facility to the Lakeway area

Great management and staff

We recently placed my Dad in the ALF section of the community. He has settled in well and we are very happy with our decision. The staff are wonderful and very helpful. I have had the pleasure of eating two meals there with my father and they were very enjoyable. The community offers so much to do and is so clean. It was a great decision for my Dad and his needs.

Navigating placement of a loved one to an assisted living facility can be a task, let alone from out of state; but the staff of Regency Retirement Village has made the transition go smoothly. Norma, in particular, has been extremely helpful from scheduling a weekend tour based on our availability needs to her answering numerous questions expeditiously. Regency's ability to assist families during this transition time has been invaluable to our family.
