The Groves at Morristown

We would give them a 4.5, they really are a caring group of people there. My mom seems very happy considering her health. Overall, they have taken very good care of my mother so far. Sometimes though when I visit I find that the housekeeping side of things is not always great. A lot of times I find the bathrooms to be very dirty in her room. Otherwise, though she is fed and gets lots of socialization there. The staff is very friendly and Will right away. Take care of things if it's brought to their attention.

Residents who can advocate for themselves, get in and out of bed solo, keep track of a schedule, get themselves to meals, activities , etc. Will do well at Terra Bella. Meals are better than average and the dining room staff members go out of their way to provide meals that residents like. There is an amazing volunteer who comes on the weekend to help in the dining room and provide bingo, singalongs and other activities. Select a room near the dining room. Care givers are not trained to deal with needy residents. Short staff is a common problem.

I visited the community and was very pleased with how friendly all the staff were. The residents were happy, out and about in the community playing cards and being social. The care team is knowledgeable and can tell they really care about their residents. The dining team offers a great selection and Erica keeps them busy with fun activities like crafts, bingo, games, exercise and trips to ice cream and more!! Highly recommend!! :)

We never got to be there! They are very pushy and make you sign their contract before they will even talk to you, however when you can't find financial support, they still make you pay for a month because you signed the contract!

I was under the impression that TerraBella Morristown had memory care, which was what I needed for my mom. I went through the whole tour and then discovered that they didn't have memory care, so it was kind of a waste of time. It was a great facility, but the halls were a little narrow. Although the cost would be a lot less, I don't know if I would want to put my mother there. The executive director was very accommodating and very nice. I didn't sample the food, but everything looked clean in the dining area.
