4.5 · 67 reviewsCharges THOUSANDS just for residents to get assistance with showering or dressing, but are chronically understaffed due to how management treats employees so residents go without most types of assistance that they are charged for. Management cares more about how things look than how residents and staff are treated. It’s all about image. Behind the scenes, staff are struggling and residents aren’t getting the care they deserve.
