Patient does most of care for herself but was moved to level two. I feel she should be level 1
American House Kingsport is great. The employees are very nice. It's a very clean place, & they keep the residents busy with games, outings, & activities. Amber Lindholm has helped me numerous times with various things. She's super nice.

Kingsport American House is a well maintained facility, super clean and the staff are incredible. The large dining area provides community. Meals are balanced, nutritious, well prepared and presented. Outdoor spaces give residents the opportunity to enjoy being outside and safe, at the same time. The gathering room is a multi-purpose area for music, crafts, bingo, special events and more. Onsite memory care and physical therapy are available. All in all it is a great place with lots of activities for all stages of life at comparable pricing.
Amber Lindholm is the most amazing person ever and American house in Kingsport is much better for having her employed there. She’s kind, detail oriented and loves to help
