4.2 · 79 reviewsI am currently staying in this nursing home home/rehab facility first night here was literally miserable and you would think it was just getting use to new things but no i got here with being to I had my own room and everything but I have not that I have roommate who used a urial to pee in and he dropped it on the floor and it got all over my bags and clothing but don’t worry the nightmare continues I have not showered in a few days because of a accident and was told I would receive one still no shower and I am at high risk for infection I have got several pills I need to manage my pain from…

I am currently staying in this nursing home home/rehab facility first night here was literally miserable and you would think it was just getting use to new things but no i got here with being to I had my own room and everything but I have not that I have roommate who used a urial to pee in and he dropped it on the floor and it got all over my bags and clothing but don’t worry the nightmare continues I have not showered in a few days because of a accident and was told I would receive one still no shower and I am at high risk for infection I have got several pills I need to manage my pain from the accident and surgery’s I had and still have not received a single dose of medicine staff has said ur medicine is not here yet I mean come on guys get it together ur a rehab/nursing home do better I will be in touch my lawyers tomorrow to trying get me out of this place just want folks to know what kinda place you are sending ur love ones too 0/10 stars if could give a 0
Great Rehab services, staff caring and compassionate
My husband’s stay was exceptional ! The staff was great with his welfare & very caring. If ever needed again, this is where we would come back to !!!

My grandmother was at signature healthcare For short term rehab. Her therapists Were all excellent and we were very happy that we choose signature. The floor staff were amazing and very caring . She also enjoyed the food. Highly recommend
This is my second visit at Signature Health Care for my rehabilitation! Signature Health Care has been most outstanding place doctors could have sent me to recover from both amputations. The nurses,CNA’s, Occupational therapists, and Physical therapists are outstanding! Everyone works together like a machine! Signature Health Care has restored my overall health, to where I feel better than I have in 10 years! Thank you Signature Health Care for making me a better man than I have in years! Fred Dobson
My brother was a patient at Signature Healthcare.The Facility is a Family like Environment. The Rehab and Nursing work together with Great TeamWork to get home faster.
I am so thankful for the love, care and concern everyone at Signature HealthCARE of Greeneville showed to my close friend and Brother in Christ. Prior to his passing, the nurses, staff and administration tended to his every need. Thank you, Signature HealthCARE, for showing God's love to your patients and to those who are in need.
I am not a patient but have visited several at the facility. As most places are they are probably short staffed but all the folks I visited with seemed well pleased and had no complaints. I would say that speaks to their care.
