Very clean and smells nice. The staff are very friendly!
The team is supportive, the environment is positive, and the facility is clean!
Place is clean, people are nice and friendly and know how to treat people.
Laughlin Healthcare offers a friendly, local atmosphere without compromising the quality of care.
Wac clean and everyone was friendly
The care Laughlin Healthcare gave our Dad (Michael Brown) was wonderful! They were good with keeping his spirits up as he always liked to joke around. They allowed him to have personal items to help him feel at home. They always kept him clean and comfortable which helped him keep his dignity! The nurses and office staff were easy to talk to and always helpful! I would recommend this facility to any family that needs assistance with a loved one! Appreciate them so very much for everything they did!
Amazing place with great care and staff
If I could give negative stars, that would be my choice. My mother was transferred to LHC for rehab. First person took 3 oxygen machines in, back out thinking they were defective. Nurse 2 comes in, person 1 doesn't have the oxygen hooked up correctly. Nurses button pushed multiple times for help going to the restroom. She was a fall risk. Her calls were ignored. We told the staff she was diabetic. They do not serve special meals, per say. They control diabetes with "carb control." Her tray consisted of pancakes, syrup, hashbrowns, 1 slice of bacon and grapes. Warm milk. And did I mention the grapes had black spots and some were mushy rotten? And that meal is not carb control. There were no phones in the room, so she pushed the nurses button again, multiple times, to ask someone to call either myself or my sister. She was ignored. She tried verbally calling for staff. She was ignored. Finally a gentleman walked past her door and she asked him to get a nurse for her. 3 came in. One was a heavy set, red head who told my 90 year old mother they could sue her for creating a commotion. If you are reading this and know who this red head is, tell her to look me up. Needless to say, my mother was taken home that night. If you value your loved one, do not leave them here.
