There has been a necessary and long overdue change here. It has been for the best! You can truly see and feel the difference the moment you walk through the doors. The atmosphere is more welcoming, the staff is attentive, and the level of care has noticeably improved. It’s clear leadership is committed to doing what’s right for the residents. I would 100% recommend the facility to anyone looking for quality assisted living for their loved one.
As a family member of a resident from where Marissa served as Admissions and Marketing Director, I can confidently say Morning Pointe of Greeneville is gaining something truly special. Marissa was always our go-to person — not just for paperwork or move-in details, but for real support, honest answers, and heartfelt care. She was an advocate in every sense of the word, always going above and beyond for residents and their families. Knowing she’s stepping into the Executive Director role at Morning Pointe makes me so happy for that community. Her passion, dedication, and love for seniors will shine even brighter in this new position. The residents and families in Greeneville are going to absolutely love her — she’s the kind of leader who makes a real difference.
We had been visiting church members at Morning Pointe for several years and had gotten to know the staff and the operation/facility. We knew when the time came to move my husband’s mother into assisted living, Morning Pointe would be the place! The staff are all so friendly and accommodating! My MIL is very happy in her new home and we are comforted and grateful for the great care she is receiving! Highly recommend!
