I have had poor experience and another facility before bringing my mom here and I have been relieved to see the level of care they have provided her and the level of concern and professionalism by the staff. My mother is in the memory care area, so it is particular difficult, and the staff seem to be very well versed and skilled at dealing with this demographic.

Regency Retirement Village of Jackson is an outstanding facility with an incredible team that truly puts its residents first. From the moment you walk through the doors, you can feel how much the staff genuinely cares. Mom moved into Regency Retirement Village last week. The team there has been amazing; making a big change one that went so smoothly. Mom says the meals have been delicious and the staff have been so kind to her. She’s sleeping well at night and seems much more rested than before moving in. Thank you all for the work you do each day!

From the moment we walked in to Regency we felt the warmth and caring from everyone. Angie and Mackenzie were great from getting us set up all the way to coming to our home and getting my mother to the facility, making it a less painless, emotional experience. While my mother was in memory care, Matthew was a godsend. Constantly keeping us updated on how my mother was doing and praying for her. I don’t know if we could’ve survived this without them . Regency is truly great!
This place really is special. As someone who visits the building somewhat regularly, I see smiling faces, active residents and families visiting loved ones. It’s a nice place. I’ve also had the privilege to volunteer here on multiple occasions (singing around the piano, Halloween events, “wine down” Wednesdays, family nights, etc)
Day 1. Moving in went well. While getting out of the family home was challenging, the moment we walked in the door at Regency, things went well. The facilities are nice. It is well kept. But the people stand out. Everyone was pleasant and accommodating. Angie may be my new bestie…super helpful. Summary statement: moving in could not have gone any better. Thanks to everyone.
Had a thorough, informative meeting with Angie at Regency today, toured the home and memory care unit, definitely high on the list of where my relative may move to.
We could not have been more impressed or felt more welcome when we visited Regency. It is so beautiful and immaculately clean. Mom instantly felt comfortable and like it was the place for her. Every staff member we met was kind, seemed to genuinely enjoy being there, and took their time engaging with us. We felt like VIPs! Thank you to Angie and the entire staff.
