Each time I went to visit my mom, & every time I’ve called, the nurses & staff have been friendly & helpful. They also help my mom with her cell phone & snacks. lol. Which I greatly appreciate. (especially when it may not be part of their job description) Kindness & a smile go a long way. Thank you to you all for all your hard work & helping hands. :) <3

Always a 5 star. Have been there around 8 times and the staff from the front desk to the back are always willing to assist. They helped me set up my cousin's phone, who is a patient there. Thank you for providing such great care to my cousin and to the visitors.
This facility is very clean and fresh. However, my mother has been here less than two weeks. The nurses and their assistants have been very attentive. Kenya, Ms. Carolyn, and Ms. Rose have gone above and beyond to make moms stay comfortable and to make me feel secure so I can rest at night. These ladies have gentle caring spirits, no attitudes produced. They are very easy to approach and have listen deeply to my concerns. The atmosphere is free and soft, filled with love for the residents. Shout out to ALL on hall 100 that cares for my mom !!!! 😘
All staff were very helpful; clean, efficient and my patient talked ( a lot!) about how well he was being taken of, in spite of his medical issues.
