I went to visit with Ms Lee Martin and everything was so nice there everyone was so nice and helpful friendly and answered all my questions I was very pleased and very clean also
Do not be fooled by the big front porch, or the beautiful country decor! My dad has dementia. He deserves at the very least his basic needs met. A fresh change of clothes daily is not to much to ask! Dignity should be free! Unfortunately, here it is not! This is the second time I have found him in the same clothing. I was told the first time it was because he had limited clothing. So, when the director came in, I showed her all the clothing I had pulled from his closet. She said it will not happen again. Today he is in the same clothing as yesterday. Yesterday, I was told he didn't have pants…

Do not be fooled by the big front porch, or the beautiful country decor! My dad has dementia. He deserves at the very least his basic needs met. A fresh change of clothes daily is not to much to ask! Dignity should be free! Unfortunately, here it is not! This is the second time I have found him in the same clothing. I was told the first time it was because he had limited clothing. So, when the director came in, I showed her all the clothing I had pulled from his closet. She said it will not happen again. Today he is in the same clothing as yesterday. Yesterday, I was told he didn't have pants to wear for his appointment. I went in looked in his closet, found pants, changed him myself. After, the first report to the director, the staff has been unfriendly, and rude. In my opinion, there are only 2 genuinely sincere employees at this facility. Sadly, our elderly are used for profit! The amount being paid to this facility per month, to be ignored, is highway robbery! Unfortunately, this day and age no one cares about doing the right thing! People expect something for nothing! I want his basic needs to be met, along with his POC to be followed. Good luck getting everything on your POC properly addressed! Heartbroken and sad it has come down to this review! I certainly had high hopes for Charter! This place is no better than any other facility. Watch your loved ones! Advocate for them! Be their voice! Charter will silence them!

The qualified staff at this memory care home have been wonderful. They are kind, attentive, and genuinely take great care of the residents. It gives me peace of mind knowing my mom is in a place where she’s treated with respect and compassion. I truly appreciate the care and effort the team puts in every day.
My wife moved here from another Memory Care (MC) facility in Oct.2025. She has continued to be more aware, outgoing and alert since. The concept of keeping all residents active, not just higher functioning is practiced here every day. The staff from marketing to cleaners are knowledgeable, caring and compassionate. This is a place where folks care about the residents. They encourage family involvement and show that they are there for your loved one. A Blessing 🙌
Charter Senior Living of Jackson has been a real blessing to me and my wife. My wife resides in the Flourish Memory Care facility and is doing quite well. The workers and staff treat her with the utmost respect and dignity. The food here is also excellent. I think if anyone is looking for a memory care facility Charter of Jackson would be the place I would recommend without hesitation. Mel Lencioni
We have been so pleased with Charter of Jackson. My mom moved into her new “home” there in early Dec 2025. The staff there has been extremely friendly and helpful getting her moved in. The accommodations are pleasantly comfortable, and the ability to personalize your own area makes it feel even more welcoming. Since moving in, my mom’s condition has improved quite a bit. Her caregivers are consistent with her daily routine and willing to help her with her needs, always with a smile and a positive can do attitude. That makes a difference!
I moved my mother to Charter and we have been very satisfied. The facility is clean and pretty. The staff is friendly and always smiling. Therapy staff is phenomenal. We are very happy with our decision❤️
