4.2 · 88 reviewsI could go on for hours telling you about this place. The lies. The fake smiles and empty promises you'll get from nurses and management. How "It's not my job", or " I didn't know.. I wasn't aware", or "I'll pass it along..." were phrases I heard constantly. Instead I'll just say this: if you love someone, if you really care, PLEASE do not let your loved ones go here. There's much better nursing facilities in and around Greeneville.
The majority of these high ratings are coming from upper management & employees. This place is beyond awful. I go to visit a relative over the weekend and all the CNAs do is stand around and talk. If you ask them if they can help you out they tell you that isn't their job. I stayed with a relative at lunch time and caught these CNAs referring to these elderly women as ,"Queens" in a snarky manner. Even rolling their eyes at the residents as they were serving them. Horrible attitudes coming from these employees.
If I could give a -5 I would. The worst care overall I have ever seen.

The staff at Life Care Center of Greeneville are very considerate of the needs of our daughter and the families needs as well. The facility is clean and has a feeling of home. The staff at Life Care are friendly and takes their job very serious. The therapy team goes above and beyond to help & work with the patients. The team gives baths & take care of the hygiene part is great making the patient feel comfortable with them. Life Care is the number one place for our loved ones to be to get the help they need.
Visited a long time friend and he is being well cared for. Facility is clean and the staff is friendly and attentive to the patients needs.
