Its real sad you can't buy your loved ones anything nice to make their days in there a little bit brighter without it being STOLEN. Absolutely ridiculous. *not calling your complaint hot line so you can make life worse for my loved one, sorry* this issue has been asked about, and the response was obsurd. HOW ABOUT YOU DO BETTER

Couldn't get our mom moved out of here fast enough.

Wes is a great administrator and really cares about the patients and high quality. Great place!

Great staff.

My grandmother and mother both eventually passed away at Lakebridge. I could not say enough about the care they both received there. They were surrounded by love and warmth from the staff each time I was there. Management was excellent and went above and beyond for me and my family.. the staff even personally did my mother’s laundry, just to help me out. I lost my mother in September, and I still think of the sweet things the staff did for her every day. Lakebridge will hold a special place in my heart for the rest of my life.

I HATED this place almost from day one - I was there for almost 5 months - the whole time I was there I never heard one single thing about a discharge plan and no one even knew anything - I went to quite a few people but they knew nothing about a discharge plan - it was like this place was holding me for some reason - the whole time I was there I felt like I was in prison and could not get out and I've never been in jail or prison but this place made me feel that way - once this facility has you it is extremely hard to get out of this place - the food was okay but you were only given a very small portion of whatever they were serving - I was left feeling hungry after nearly every meal there - I covered up my real feelings while there - I gave staff the impression that I was happy when on the inside I was crying - there at the last I completely stopped thriving - I all but completely gave up - I'm.not normally a depressed person and I was sad not because I was depressed but BECAUSE I HATED THIS PLACE SO MUCH - every time I would whimper they would come at me with an anxiety medication - I know what anxiety feels like because I used to have anxiety a long long time ago but I stopped having anxiety all on my own without any meds - I was forced to take the anxiety med that they came at me with there was no way to escape it - I will never enter the doors of this place ever again - I would not recommend this place for placing your loved one in - once you are there you are STUCK there for a long time - I'm so glad that I am no longer there and I am starting to put this place behind me forever!!!

I really like Lakebridge, A Waters Community for someone who is looking for full care. That was really a positive. I got a tour of the whole facility, and that's a plus if you don't have an appointment because I just went in to get information. They offered a full tour, and that's good when they don't know you're coming. Everything was clean. I liked everything about the place. They recommended that I go to memory care because my mom still walks well, and she just needs redirection and all those kinds of things. I was taken into a few rooms there. They had some private rooms, but they had more double rooms, and I was more interested in a private room if possible. The staff members were very good. I was with three different ones there and it was all a really good experience. I didn't eat any food, but everything looked good. It seemed like there would be things that my mother would really like. She's pretty easy to please, but I was happy with what I saw.

The staff is wonderful to work with! Highly recommend.
