My dad and second mom live here and they love it. The food is good and the staff and residents are top notch. The shared areas are large, comfortable, clean, and well decorated. The rooms are cozy. It is located on a hill in downtown Johnson City and has a great view of the city. The beautiful city park is down the hill and is perfect for walks. My wife and I live in Utah and have visited my dad and mom here several times. We stay in TownView's guest room, which is pleasant and very affordable.

Kayleigh at the front desk provided absolutely outstanding customer service. From the moment I arrived, she was welcoming, kind, and eager to help. She gave excellent directions to the resident’s apartment, which made navigating the building very easy. She also shared helpful information about the activities happening that day, which showed how knowledgeable and engaged she is with the community. Her warm spirit, friendliness, and willingness to assist truly stood out. Kayleigh’s kindness is immeasurable and she creates such a positive first impression for TownView Senior Living. My Mother-in-law is at TownView and we went to visit over the Holidays. We visited her for six days straight so we got to see the staff in action at all times of the day and I have to say I was very impressed with their compassion. We also ate a number of meals in Cafeteria and they were solid. Especially the lasagna which was outstanding. We were especially impressed with the activities. The community seemed very supportive of one another.

My mother just moved in. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. It is so bright and beautiful inside. The apartments of friends I've been in are all clean which tells me the housekeeping does a good job. I've only eaten one meal and it was at friends and family day but it was good. Several people stated they enjoyed the meals this is from people we met on the elevator and in the hall ways usually on their way to lunch or dinner. So far an excellent experience.

The staff is very nice is to work with. Great place to live.

Town View Senior Living is beautiful. I'm not sure how old it is, but I think it was somebody else's building prior to these people moving in. It was very inviting and I liked the apartments. They showed me a one-bedroom, as well as a two-bedroom apartment. They were in the process of putting down new flooring for a new person to come in, so it wasn't decorated well because it was empty, but it was very nice. They just don't have washers and dryers in the apartments. I think it's just two sets of a washer and dryer on each floor, and you don't have to pay, but you do need to sign up to use them. I don't know if I could get used to that. For activities, they said they have different things on different floors. I think they also had movie nights, a beauty salon, and a library.

I cannot say enough good things about Townview. Everyone was so nice and welcoming right from the beginning. My mom has made so many friends and really enjoys all the activities. I wish we would have known about this place years ago. I haven’t seen her this happy in a long time.

I am currently a resident at Townview Johnson City and most everything has been great for me here at this facility. I like Townview. I would recommend this facility to others, in fact, I already have.
