The facility’s cottage style was unique, clean and very inviting! Even though the family member changed his mind about moving, this is a place I would consider again if the need arises in the future.
I cannot say enough wonderful things about Foxbridge Senior Living. From the moment we began exploring options, the staff made us feel welcomed, respected, and genuinely cared for. The atmosphere is warm, inviting, and comfortable, and it is clear that the well-being and dignity of the residents are truly a priority. I especially want to recognize Cassandra, who has been exceptional throughout the process. She is compassionate, knowledgeable, patient, and incredibly attentive. I cannot say enough wonderful things about Foxbridge Senior Living. From the moment we began exploring options, the staff made us feel welcomed, respected, and genuinely cared for. The atmosphere is warm, inviting, and comfortable, and it is clear that the well-being and dignity of the residents are truly a priority. I feel so blessed to have found Foxbridge for my Mom. Foxbridge is located, in a picture perfect setting, on the edge of Bartlett. I needed to find a place for my Mom, who has late stage dementia, on rather short notice, as I am going through major issues. My Mom loves Foxbridge, especially the food. She is always the first one to finish each delicious looking meal. The cottage where she lives, is always kept very clean. I know I don't have to worry about my Mom's well being, because the nurses, and the aids have figured out my Mom's likes, and dislikes. Mom has also made friends with some of…

I am leaving a review on behalf of my sister who is a resident of foxbridge in memory care. My sister is treated with respect and kindness. She seems to be happy and comfortable there. The staff keeps me informed of her progress. I am glad she is residing at Foxbridge.
I have had several outstanding visits. The patient care appeared to be superior, and their engagement with me in the following areas of reception/hospitality/assistance was of the highest order as I visited VETERANS.
I can only speak for the Memory Care facility; but this place is absolutely HORRIBLE!!! CONSTANT Staff shortages and changes, sticky floors, entire place smells like urine, clothes come up missing, no communication from staff, upper management only sugar coats and lies about issues, residents asleep with their faces in their plates (I have picture to prove it), Mother broke her hip because she was not being watched and they were TOLD SHE WAS A FALL RISK!!!, unexplained bruises on our Mother--OFTEN...AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!!!! I would have given a zero if at all possible. IT'S JUST SICK THE WAY THESE PEOPLE ARE TREATED.
Nice facility with compassionate staff. Seems like everyone is family there.
Caring staff. Loving environment. Frequent cultural activities. Beautiful setting in nature with mature trees, birds, pond, fishing deck, pond turtles & geese.
