My mom is in their memory care unit and April and her team have done an amazing job with her. It was a rough transition for her moving in but within a week or so she was thriving and has been doing great ever since. No regrets at all about choosing Charter! I’d definitely recommend it for anyone else who needs a place for a loved one!
My father in law became a resident when his dementia got to the point my mother in law couldn't take care of him. So far he has been in there almost 2 weeks and he is doing so good, everyone there is so attentive to his needs. They take consideration into the residents feelings and know what they need. My father in law is doing good and he has definitely made so strides he wasn't able to do at home
This facility has been amazing and so welcoming from the time you enter the doors! All of the staff and caregivers go above and beyond for the residents and nursing always providing a listening ear for any concerns. The residents are very welcoming when visitors enter the building and very eager to help!

What an amazing ALF. The sales director goes above and beyond. She is amazing and all the residents love her!! This is not a facility it is a home and everyone is family! The staff goes overboard to make you feel welcome.
Choosing an assisted living facility was a very tough decision for our family. Taylor and her staff made the transition for your Mom extremely easy and enjoyable! This facility and staff have exceeded our expectations! Thanks to all the staff and I highly recommend this facility for everyone.
I have resided here for over two years and in that time have developed great friendships with fellow residents, the exceptionally competent staff and some members of this community. Charter meets all my needs at this time of my life.
Our life would be so much different and much more complicated without the services provided by Charter Senior Living of Jefferson City. Taylor, April, Emily, and ALL of the wonderful staff ladies are supportive and caring, and go the distance to ensure that professional and excellent care is being provided (sorry I can't name them all!). And the maintenance manager is always most helpful, doing whatever is required to provide comfort and security. Today we had to arrange a room move for my relative and the ladies made it nearly effortless with their assistance. I am thankful that we have them!
