When we first visited, after visiting numerous other assisted living facilities in the area, we knew immediately this community was home! From administration to caregivers, we love all of the staff and they have become family that we love dearly. They have all been the absolute best! The care and attentiveness they give to my mother is incredible. She has been a part of the community a little over a year and because of all the love of staff, residents and the beautiful facility/grounds, it is HOME SWEET HOME!
Brookdale Rock Springs is an amazing community, and I have recommended them to multiple families. They have a great variety of activities, good food, and such loving, caring and compassionate care. The team works so well together and they truly love the residents and their families like they are their own. The leadership team has to be one of the best I have had the privilege to work along side with. Kim, Chelsey, and Rachel, thank you for all you do!
We toured Brookdale Rock Springs. The people were very friendly. It was clean. They even called to keep us updated. It's just that they didn't have two bedrooms available. The dining area was nice.

My friend is going to Brookdale Rock Springs. It's top-notch. They have larger rooms for the money than any of the other facilities I visited. They have individual patios that open directly out from the rooms if you want those. They have an enclosed garden that the people can enjoy. I like that they're pet-friendly, too. They have a movie room with a big popcorn machine, a library, a physical therapy on-site, a billiard room, and a game room. They have everything you can imagine. It's large. You can get your exercise going back and forth between activities. Their dining room is beautiful, and their menu looks really good, but I haven't tasted their food. The staff who gave the tour has gone above and beyond. She even gave me information on where to find furniture and that kind of stuff. She was excellent.
Staff is helpful and friendly and has warm and caring attitude with my mom. She receives healthcare on site which is very helpful. Her medicines are ordered and administered by staff and meals served in her room if she is unable to get to the dining room. Mom says Brookdale is her home and she is always happy to return when we take her out for an excursion.
I could not ask for a better place to live! I moved here with my husband and after he passed I decided to stay because I loved it so much. I tell anyone that will listen to me that they can stop looking and just come live here! I am so happy here.
When it's my time for assisted living I hope there is a spot for me there!
I have been pleased with my experience at Brookdale Rock Springs. The staff are pleasant and hard- working... They just need more staff to work the various shifts. Meal have improved. They need to remember they are cooking for the elderly.
