From admission to discharge, every effort is made to get each patient to their maximum ability! The therapy department is excellent, the CNAs are kind and caring and the nursing staff is super. Jess, the administrator, has been working so hard on improvements to the facility and everything is looking great! Willowbranch also has a very robust activities dept! Medical providers are in the building 5 days per week with 24 hour call. Residents and patients receive quality care!

My wife and I met with Jessica Patterson, Administrative Director, for a tour and a discussion of moving our loved one into the memory care unit: Affinity For Her. We are new to the process, and Jessica could not have been more patient, kind, and supportive. We had many questions, and she helped to relieve our anxieties with grace and professionalism. Everyone that we interacted with on the tour was friendly, and we saw firsthand how the residents were active and cared for by the staff. The environment was exceptionally clean, and very impressive. If the entire staff is anything like Mrs. Patterson, I urge you to consider their services for your needs. With people like Mrs. Patterson on staff, we can sleep soundly at night knowing that there is safe and happy home for those who need it. Thank you, Mrs. Patterson!

Willow branch is a wonderful place the atmosphere is great its very clean and bright, the staff are amazing they are always very friendly they show compassion, kindness, and love to residents. They do fun activities that always puts a smile on the residents face they include everyone and are always willing to help anyway they can you can tell that they take pride in their jobs its not just a job to them its family

I just want to give a 5 star rating to a few people. I have been in WillowBranch a few times and let me just tell you if you’re looking to put your loved one here you are going to want to request the tech on day shift Katie (I’m not sure of her last name) but I have never met a kinder, attentive, passionate, and hard working girl. She truly went above and beyond from the moment we arrived. My aunt always looks neat and clean and always praises how sweet she is. My aunt has adopted this sweet lady as family. When I visit I have always seen her helping fellow staff, checking on everyone and always seeing if we need anything during our visits. All the staff out there are extremely sweet and caring but this young lady makes you feel comfort, knowing your family is in good hands. On another note the management could use some education and guidance on how to speak and comfort families in difficult times. The food is comparative to jail food (I won’t lie about that) Cassie and Lacie the nurses are excellent in their field and always make sure my loved one is comfortable and safe. I have been here a few times when instead of a nurse the use a med tech and in my experience she is incompetent to her job, she stays on her phone 24/7, can’t answer any questions my wife and I may have and I have waited over an hour for her to bring something as simple as Tylenol to someone. My 5 stars goes to the hard working CNA’s and nurses out here and that’s about it.
