Our mother is a feisty 91! We moved her to Riverview Terrace when she became at risk for frequent falls. What a blessing! The staff, from Administrator to Cleaning Crew, are simply amazing. They treat the residents as though they are truly family. The facility is clean, bright, cheerful, well maintained, and well managed. Their protocols have a well balanced approach between common sense and risk management. Mom is thriving under their supervision and we could not be more pleased. Mom can be as independent as she chooses to be on any given day, within well placed limits and guidelines. We…

My mom has been there just a short time ,, but she is liking Riverview terrace, the staff are awesome all the way around.

The staff at Riverview has become like family to us and to our parents. They go above and beyond in the care of the residents!
TERRIBLE !!! do not recommend!!! They treat the residents awful !! So awful that on second shift the black lady hides her name tag UNDER her arm so I couldn’t even get her name . Please do not send your relative here!!
I would recommend you go visit and it's a good place for your loved one. The community and staff are inviting. They keep the residents busy, and sometimes my loved one leaves me to go do activities during our visit.
Manager is very against seniors. Not a good person. She said negative things about us. More is coming.
