2.8 · 12 reviewsI am ONLY giving them a star so I can leave a review. IF YOU HAVE ANY FAMILY MEMBERS THERE,and LOVE THEM, NOW'S THE PERFECT TIME TO GET THEM OUT ( OLD EMPLOYEE as of yesterday). NO WORKERS, DOUBLE DIAPERING, the very FEW CNA's and NURSES are great, but the head dept doesn't care about the residents or staff. Overworked and underpaid. Y'all better pay attention!!!
Wonderful place. I visited this facility and met the patients and workers. Monitored the OT’s, PT’s and ST’s and they are very good at their job. The people are happy and full of joy and love. Games, activities, church, etc. Would absolutely recommend this rehab facility to anyone.
Whitehaven Community Living Center has a new administrator. So far very professional and seems to care for the precious love ones who after serving in various occupations need service themselves.( But Mr. Brown was wonderful also. )Just praying she can endure in this position which seems to have a hot seat. And as of today ALL the residents are COVID 19 free! Praise the LORD! PRAYING for the dietary, nursing, social worker, PT, house keeping to the business department all remains well. KEEP UP THE GOOD JOB WHITEHAVEN Community Living Center!!!

Their business office employee she is not professional, she is not able to communicate very well when asked a question has a smart mouth, not very informant.
This is the most trashiest nursing home I have ever been to. What ever you do, do not send your loved ones here. The workers eat the patients food up. They will not even give these poor residents any water to drink. They have a contagious outbreak at this facility and it is a ghost town on night shift. You cant find any aides and the nurses are snoring at the nurses station. Im surprised this place is still open for business.
The CNAs were helpful... Social worker and other staff seemed caring...several articles of clothing were lost even though everything was labeled...
