Pamela Jackson the Supervisor of Housekeeping & her team are just knocking it out of the park. I don’t think I have smelled many places in my life that smell that good!!! Plus the landscaping is sheer perfection! Last but definitely not least, Gretchen who is at the front desk with her welcoming smile, mind of a computer, is spectacular !! What a wonderful person to see every morning. Great job Opus!!!

What a beautiful facility! My husband and I entertain here for monthly birthday parties and happy hours and it is so impressive. Beautifully decorated, landscaped and spotlessly clean. The staff is so kind and courteous. The amenities are fantastic. It’s like a 5 star resort!

Opus is a magnificent senior living community, offering options for every stage of need. The leadership and staff are absolutely top notch. Conveniently located in East Memphis, it’s ideal for anyone from Germantown to downtown. Working with them is such a pleasure. Highly recommend.
After touring nine different assisted living and memory care facilities throughout the Memphis area, we chose Opus, and it has proven to be the right decision for our family. From our very first tour, we were impressed by the professionalism, warmth, and genuine care shown by the staff. The entire transition process—from assessment to move-in—was handled with compassion and attention to detail. A special thank you goes to Josephine, the Resident Director, who worked tirelessly with our family to help keep my parents together during this major life transition. Her communication, responsiveness, and dedication to ensuring they received the best possible care exceeded our expectations. The move-in process was seamless, communication was excellent, and every member of the team made us feel welcomed and supported. Now that my parents have been living at Opus for several months, we continue to be impressed. The community is beautiful, clean, and well-maintained, and the staff is attentive and caring. The nurses, physician, dining staff, and caregivers consistently demonstrate kindness and professionalism. One of the biggest surprises has been the activities program. Tammy, the Activities Director, is absolutely outstanding. She creates engaging opportunities that have encouraged my mother to participate in experiences and activities she never would have considered while living at home. It has been wonderful to see her enjoying life and staying engaged. Perhaps the greatest gift Opus has given our family is peace of mind. Knowing that our loved ones are safe, cared for, and treated with dignity brings an incredible sense of relief. We are grateful every day for the care and support they receive. I cannot recommend Opus highly enough. If you are searching for a place for a loved one, Opus stands out for its caring staff, excellent communication, engaging environment, and commitment to resident well-being.
A had a chance to tour this facility and I was very impressed by the atmosphere, it is like entering a luxurious resort. The facility is very well appointed, elegant finishes, staff is courteous and attentive. I had the opportunity to eat lunch while visiting and the food is fresh, with good presentation - Chef stopped by our table to ensure all was good and offered desert :) The units are beautiful, modern and bright. The residents enjoy all types of activities and there is a massage /spa room, etc. etc. Truly well done. A beautiful facility!
I work with many senior communities in the Memphis area and I have to say Opus is one of the most beautiful I have seen inside and out. The people are friendly and the food is the quality of a five star restaurant. I would highly recommend giving Opus a look if you are looking for a senior community with all of the amenities.
Opus is such a beautiful community! The staff is friendly and extremely helpful. The activities for residents really sets this place apart. They consistently have fun events, holiday celebrations, and special guest entertainers. I would definitely recommend Opus to anyone in the Memphis area.
