Viviant Healthcare of Murfreesboro

My mom is in this facility and I haven’t heard from her in months after making a complaint about her care. I live all the way in Louisiana and my mom has no family up there. She used to tell me when I talked to her that they were mean to her. She was sent to the hospital for a kidney infection and when she was released back to the nursing home her health didn’t get better. She got septic and went back to the hospital. Dr said that if her antibiotics would’ve been given to her she would have gotten better. I had to make a trip up there just to check on her well being!! I made a complaint and now “she’s been moved to another wing” of the hospital and “getting better care” but I haven’t heard from her in months and when I call they put me on hold for so long their phone system goes to voicemail or it hangs up on me. I’ve sat on hold for 20-30 minutes multiple times for this to happen. My mom’s left side is completely paralyzed from multiple strokes.

This is the most ghetto ratchet nursing home in Murfreesboro, unprofessional.

This place is literally disgusting. The people don't care. The facility is nasty. Please do not send you family here.

The new nursing admin team just started this week with focus on providing highest quality care for the residents. No agency nursing staff since November 2021. The goal is always to make things better than yesterday. Always treat everyone as family, always take pride of what we do and always feel honored to serve our residents and employees.

On3/1/2022 I visited my mother and mother in law at Viviant Healthcare of Murfreesboro Tn, my plan was to help shower my mother which turned out Great!!Housekeeping had made plans to deep clean her room and they did an amazing job 👏 I was able to dine with several of the Residents in the dining room for lunch and I had the pleasure of meeting with the Administrator Mr Armand Santos, Mr Armand Santos discussed several of his plans on how Viviant Healthcare/ staff are working hard at improving the facility and making sure that every Resident is treated with the utmost respect I am thankful to have met him,Viviant Healthcare is a Great place the staff is very loving and kind, I have never had a problem with getting help whenever I need it, for my mother or mother inlaw, Mr Armand Santos and the staff have made several improvements with the Entire building, the food is alot better the rooms are sooooo much cleaner and the Residents seem to be much happier and that makes me smile. I want to Thank Mr Armand Santos and Ns Carrie, MsFinn and Everyone for the Love that's they have provided to me and my family there,I highly recommend Viviant Healthcare of Murfreesboro Tn if you're looking for a loving home away from home for your loved ones ❤ 💙 😊 ♥
