From the moment we arrived, The Summit at Germantown welcomed us with big smiles and even bigger hugs. The building is absolutely stunning and immaculate, but the staff and caregivers are even more beautiful. And beyond that, it’s easy to see that the residents are happy, well taken care of, and immensely loved. This place doesn’t just feel like home, it is home. HIGHLY RECOMMEND 👏🏽🖤
So happy that we moved my folks into the Summit!! Wonderful, caring and friendly staff. Beautiful facility with lots of on-site activities. The staff is second-to-none, and really work hard to make it feel like home for the residents. Offering Independent Living, Assisted Living, and Memory Care make aging-in-place very easy and convient for the family!! Highly recommend the Summit of Germantown!!!

Friendly and engaging staff (facility, administration, RNs, etc) who are compassionate about their residents. Clean and safe facility. Really thankful we moved our senior family members to The Summit of Germantown. Highly recommend their independent living, assisted living, and memory care units. It's the perfect place to age in place!
It's totally too absurd this property along with many more would want this type of money from seniors. It's like they want to bankrupt you into homelessnes. It's horrific to ask seniors for 2k an more for living quarters which is not a house. Nothing more than a legal RIPOFF.
The Summit of Germantown is a stellar facility, and Whitney in particular is a Godsend to our family!
Having worked in senior living I knew what to look for, and Summit of Germantown was exactly what I was looking for. I have been here for a little over a month and have not been disapointed. The residents are very welcoming, the staff are all friendly and supportive, and there are many activities (something for every one) and best of all I can have my dog with me.
For those of you reading this review, i can assume you are attempting to find the best quality facility with a reasonable price for someone you love. I found the perfect fit with The Summit of Germantown. My mother has lived in the Memory Care unit since her fall in May 2025. I am THRILLED with the level of care she receives, but what sets them apart is the staff! There was no pressure by the sales team. I was presented with clear pricing and the level of care she requires. They patiently walked me through this confusing and overwhelming process, even while I was looking at other facilities. When I visit my Mom these days, I am greeted by Nurses and caregivers that I have had the pleasure of getting to know. It is truly a blessing to partner with such capable team! I pray your search turns out as successful as ours has!! Thank you Summit team!!!
