We were planning a move from Ohio to Tellico Village and needed a skilled care facility for my mother. The Neighborhood was the perfect solution. As we investigated The Neighborhood, Christina was so helpful and accommodating in acquainting us with the wonderful facility and making the application process smooth. She was so caring and considerate, answering all of our questions. She was always available by phone to help with the entire transition for us and my mother to be as stress free as possible. Unbelievable how wonderful the neighborhood is in this community. Such a wonderful resource to have so close. All the staff have been caring loving and professional in every encounter that I've had with them even in the middle of the night weekends and holidays. They truly make my dad feel like family.
The team at the Neighborhood at Tellico Village is so helpful and friendly. The facility is beautiful and clean, and the outdoor space is very nice. The apartments are very spacious and updated. They also have so many different activities.
They take very good care of my 93 year old mother here. She is protected from falls and loves the food. I have sampled the food myself and understand why she has gained weight. Their care has lifted a great worry from my life.
I would definitely recommend it! Very professional, caring employees and helpful admin staff. My aunt is very content there!
