I wanted to reach out on behalf my family to say that I could not have been more pleased with the choice we made almost three years ago to secure a spot in the Memory Care unit at The Courtyards of Oak Ridge for my mother. I wanted to reach out on behalf my family to say that I could not have been more pleased with the choice we made almost three years ago to secure a spot in the Memory Care unit at The Courtyards of Oak Ridge for my mother. My nephew worked in the industry a few years ago, and toured several facilities prior to selecting The Courtyards and giving his recommendation to me. Selecting a facility to entrust my mom to was a big decision for me, and took me about a month after she was out of her home due to dementia, but that time was well worth the three years of care that she received at the Courtyards. The staff always treated my mother with respect and courtesy, which I appreciated more than I can say. While there is always going to be a high turnover rate in the industry, the attendants that were there when I visited mom each month [I now live in AL] were always kind and attentive to her needs, even when she got a little salty! Did I have to purchase sheets several times? Yes. Were sheets always on mom's bed? Yes. Did clothes get misplaced? Yes. Was my mother always dressed anyway? Yes. Did my mother take her socks off? Yes. Were new ones put on her? Yes. Was my mother treated like she mattered? Yes, every single day! I cannot put a price tag on that.
I got to visit my friend Jimena yesterday and got to spend about 2 hours with her. The facility is beautiful, I met several of the staff and they were so nice. I'm glad my friend has a beautiful place to live and is watched over so well. Thank Y'all for everything you do.
I am guessing the good reviews on this place are fake!! We continued to find my dad thirsty, hungry & dirty…I watched other residents struggle to eat, with no assistance. Very dirty conditions with workers running to clean up only when a visitor arrived. This process has been difficult for my family & I only wish someone had warned us. I am warning others now…find a different facility. The Courtyards does NOT care about their residents!
Aliyah Stone is so kind to all the patients. Her smile makes my day when I see how she interacts with them all. What an ASSET she is to your company!
Well I went to s ee. My neighbor s an u have furnish sheets towels pillows and chairs then u it'll have paying it's not cheap
Great place staff is very helpful and nurses are very caring. They reach out of any problems clean and food is good.
We like that the community is small at the Courtyards and so help is faster and available when needed.
Memory Care Facility at Courtyards - Oak Ridge provides excellent care for my husband. Staff is kind and patient. Highly recommend. The food is good and I can tell he really enjoys it. When he needed care beyond what I could give at home, I didn’t know what to do next. So happy we found Courtyards.
