The staff was helpful. The facility looked very clean. The staff seems happy with their jobs.
This community is truly beautiful! From the moment you drive up and enter the property, you're greeted by a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The staff is incredibly pleasant, and it's clear they genuinely care about the residents. Their compassion, dedication, and commitment to providing the best possible care really shine through. You can tell they put their whole hearts into what they do.
Friendly and helpful staff. The home is super clean and they take care of the residents like they are their family.
I love the respect that the staff shows the Veteran’s!!!! Everyone goes above and beyond to make sure all their needs are met.
Outstanding facility
Always so clean and welcoming. Staff is courteous and efficient and the residents seem very blessed to be in this environment and acknowledge that.
Both of my beat friends have been there, and my sister in-laws dad. Friendly staff. Very clean.
Terrible,Awful, (The Nurse Barbara is a Angel ,I have never encountered a nurse such as she,she is the best I have ever seen). My Dad had Pancreatic/Bone Cancer. They skipped meds constantly it was a battle always. Hospice was up there over and over and over even when they were writing the Rx drugs they would say he doesn't need it. Well that was a lie. They leave the patients wet and just ignore you. Its a beautiful new building but HORRIBLE ADMIN, I wondering about those nurse ,Patronizing , ETC...Hospice would leave INSTRUCTIONS they would ignore it, Hospice would come back and they would ignore that also... I can't say enough stuff about this place... (There was one older black lady that was a Cma Assistant that was really nice)They would not give my Dad his pain meds for over 12 hours because they said he did not need it. He came too and was in terrible pain and passed about 12 hours later, after HOSPICE came again.. I will request to go to the animal shelter so I can be put down if need be instead of torture..
