We count it as a blessing that she is surrounded by the cheerful, helpful and kind people who work there and the residents who have become cherished friends. She especially enjoys the morning devotions, salon, shuttle rides, entertainment and dining experience. Any concerns or questions we have are met with attentiveness and care.
Took a tour of the facility in looking at it for my mom. The facility was very clean and organized great menu options and many things for her to do to occupy her time.
Jennifer was incredibly rude and dismissive throughout the process. I simply asked for pricing information so I could understand what my options were for my mother, who is currently navigating the early stages of dementia. Instead of being helpful or compassionate, Jennifer refused to provide any pricing or community details in general. This is already an emotionally difficult time for our family, and the lack of empathy and transparency only made it worse. I can't understand why an assisted living and memory care community would make it so difficult for families to get basic information…

This is already an emotionally difficult time for our family, and the lack of empathy and transparency only made it worse. I can't understand why an assisted living and memory care community would make it so difficult for families to get basic information needed to make informed decisions. If this is how prospective residents and their families are treated, I would be very concerned about the level of care and communication once someone moves in. I would not recommend this community based on my experience.

In no time, the team at StoryPoint Germantown will become members of your extended family. My parents have found a second home in these halls surrounded by caring, compassionate, warm, relatable, and genuine angels. The facility is spotless (and odorless - very important) 24/7/365. Meals are delicious and fresh. The leadership team is responsive and never makes a family member feel like they’re asking too much. Trust your family to StoryPoint Germantown- I have!
The Cove community at Storypoint has been so wonderful! After months of my MIL bouncing around between countless facilities and having nightmare-ish experiences everywhere else, we can finally sleep well at night knowing she is safe at Storypoint. She is well cared for, and the staff go out of their way to support her in any way they can. We live out of state, and this is the only place we've had zero trouble finding someone to answer questions on the phone, where they are actually willing to talk with us. The staff has gone above and beyond to coordinate with us on virtual doctor's visits, and making her living space cozy and comforting, even though we can't often be there in person. It's remarkable that every time we call, we get an update on how my MIL is doing that day and what she's up to, and no one even has to go check because they've already been interacting with her and are truly invested in her wellbeing. And when we are there in person, everyone is incredibly kind and supportive. (One nurse, I think her name was Dee, even bounced my crying 10-month-old baby for 10 minutes and sang “The Wheels on the Bus” so I could use my breast pump 🧡 thank you again!!) This place really is a gem, and so are the people working there! Thank you Jackie, Abigale, Dee, Deanna, Kay, Brandy, Debra, and everyone else at Storypoint.
We have been so pleased with all the amenities and staff at StoryPoint Germantown. My mom (82, early dementia) is enjoying the many activities and friendship there. The staff is always keeping me informed of the happenings and always willing to help Mom with little issues, like her phone or tv. This has been the perfect balance of independence in her apartment, and additional eyes on her without the need to have sitters. We highly recommend, especially if your loved one is living alone and would enjoy the company of others. It is more like a cruise ship on land than an assisted living!
From the beautiful, well-maintained facility to the warmth and friendliness of the staff, StoryPoint Germantown is a wonderful facility if you are looking for somewhere to care for your loved one. The administrative staff is highly responsive, w/ their offices at the front of the building making them accessible as well. The residents are entertained throughout the day with various activities, w/ frequent parties with live music and entertainment. I would 10/10 recommend StoryPoint Germantown- you won't find another facility like it!
One of the most wonderful kindness places that I have ever been ,my girl loved it there and I loved being able to visit her there I only wish that I could hold her hand one more Christmas. the caregivers at story Point Germantown and so caring and were so kind and loving to my girl , and I miss them all
