Lisa inquired about my parents' needs and offered options that might fit their needs. The facility is clean, but needs some updating. There is a beautiful courtyard. The staff was welcoming.
It was a pleasure working with the team at StoryPoint Chattanooga! We recently installed festive, colored outdoor lighting in their courtyard, and they were fantastic to work with from start to finish. It's clear they take great pride in keeping their facility beautiful and well maintained, and that care shows in everything they do. We appreciate the opportunity to help create a fun, welcoming outdoor space for their residents and look forward to working with them again.

Thankful for the amazing team at Storypoint on Mountain Creek Road. Their kindness and love for the residents shines through their daily work. The executive director goes above and beyond. She interacts with all of her staff and residents daily. I hear she really loves BINGO! The food is phenomenal. Holidays are always so much fun. If you want your loved one properly cared for and loved, Storypoint is who I recommend!
If you want your loved one cared for then you need to look for another senior living for your loved one. They don't care to take care of residents, leave them sitting around with nothing to do, serve them cold premade food and when you say anything tell you it will be taken care of but nothing changes.
