Not enough staff and the administration doesn't seem to care that they're short-staffed, which is dangerous for your clients
The administrative staff is very helpful and friendly. My step father-in-law's room and laundry were often found dirty. They would leave him without changing a diaper for longer than acceptable. We would not return there for those reasons

Warm, welcoming, and truly feels like home! The staff at American House Hamilton Place are experienced and caring, and the beautiful grounds create a peaceful atmosphere. Excellent assisted living and memory care in a great location!
We visited American House Hamilton Place. We could not afford it, but the people were nice. Gerald, the manager, was super nice, talked us through the whole process, toured the place, and gave us a lot of information. The place was nice and clean. Everything was positive about it. The only thing was the price. The size of the room was OK. I don't expect it to be big. The people were dining and seemed happy, and were eating in groups. They had a pretty good-sized patio area.
My Aunt was recently admitted to this facility on the memory care unit and she Loves it😃. It is an Awesome place. The facility is very clean and well maintained. The staff is so attentive to her needs as well as ours when we visit. So far we have No complaints. We spoke with Gerald a lot to get her admitted and he worked with us and had Excellent communication. Keeping us informed on everything going on with her. The ladies in the Business Office Michelle and the Executive Director Maria were great in explaining everything about payment and informing us about care. The nurse when we visited named Trenelle was Great. I can tell she Loves her job, very attentive to the patients. Overall this is a Great facility and I Highly recommend it‼️
My sister received a great care from American House. The staff has been exceptional in the relations & care. The staff have become especial to me. They always show love for Emma & me!
We are so grateful to have found American House for our family. The process of putting a loved one in memory care is very difficult, but they were amazingly helpful and caring. A special thanks to Gerald, who went above and beyond to help us with this transition. We could not recommend it enough. I
