This facility has so many roaches , it’s insane. The owner or the lady who runs the facility should definitely watch her tone when speaking with people SHE DOESN’T KNOW with her little thin green grinch looking dreads .If I could put no stars I would . Bed bug infested facility and people are paying 1300 monthly for canceled rides , late commodity, and canceled activity. My loved ones would definitely be placed somewhere in Germantown before this facility and I was only a visitor for a second

"Angie & The Crew Know What to Do for You." 🏫 Living at St. Peter Manor comes with many amenities, perks, and benefits—but the greatest blessing by far is the staff. "Angie & The Crew Know What to Do for You." 🏫 Living at St. Peter Manor comes with many amenities, perks, and benefits—but the greatest blessing by far is the staff. From the top down, this team is built on care, compassion, and consistency. Angela Mason, the Manager, leads with excellence, but what makes this place truly special is how everyone—Angie, Akia, Ashley, Tiffany, Krtistyn, Ms. G, Beverly, Alfred, Robert. Facilities: Alfred, Charles & Aiden, Custodial Services: Tonisha Sevion and Ms. Gina. Even Jeremy the Regional Manager—work together in unison to serve each resident’s individual needs. 🛒 Unmatched Services Unlike other affordable high-rises, St. Peter Manor offers transportation twice a week to stores, Trader Joe’s food donations, food bank access, and a full calendar of activities in the vibrant activity center. These services aren’t just helpful—they’re life-enhancing. 🏠 Updated Amenities Like Home - Brand new washer and dryer facility - Theatre room for movie nights - On-site clinic - Game room (pool table, darts, cards) - Fitness room - General store - Library - Multiple common areas for fellowship - Chapel for worship services and spiritual reflection - Parking in Gated Community - ID Card Entry Access - 24/7 Armed Security 💖 Heartfelt Appreciation Angie works to take care of her residents but she never stands alone. She and Akia Crump (Assistant Manager) have cultivated a culture of service that radiates through every hallway. Their kind hearts and tireless efforts—often unseen and unthanked—make this building more than just a place to live. It’s a place to heal, grow, be seen and thrive. 👩🏽‍⚕️ Personal & Professional Care Special thanks to my Service Coordinator, Ms. Ashley Williams, who takes a genuine personal interest in your wellbeing—and it shows. She thoughtfully assesses your needs and works with you to find the most suitable solution for the task at hand. Her approach is not just professional—it’s deeply human. In fact, all of the Service Coordinators at St. Peter Manor exude the same sentiments and it shows with the residents. Management and ALL Staff are consummate professionals who treat each resident with dignity, respect, and care. It shows that they care and its not just about a paycheck. This alone makes all the difference in the world when it comes to living in a safe, caring and comfortable environment. As a happy resident, I can say with full confidence: if you’re blessed to call St. Peter Manor home, rest assured that "Angie & The Crew Know What to Do for You." ❤️💯😃🙏🏽✝️ ~ Eddo

Who is the owner of this establishment! Shame on you! The smells that are coming from trash build up inside trash room on the 1st floor and also the trash rooms on almost every floor STINKS! Some days it’s extremely bad… especially on the weekends! No one attends to the trash or anything for that matter in the weekends. Does anyone care about this place??? I have visited several times. No trash control in or outside of the dock area or the entrance of their establishment. Inspectors dispatch yourselves to this establishment! Taking additional tours on each floor, the CARPETS! What is going on…

What is going on with the owners, the management, who can fight for these residents rights to live in a cleaner environment! Yo, those carpets have all kinds of smells coming from them. It’s terrible and the heat when enough air isn’t flowing through those hallways makes the stench even WORSE! They look disgusting! The people that’s running this building/business need’s to be called all the way OUT! Don’t get me wrong it’s got its good qualities about it, but the neglect of this place is just sad, and someone needs to take control and clean the inside of that building, remove those filthy disgusting carpets that cannot be cleaned and replace the residents floors. Keep the trash rooms in order… what they need to do is gut out and rebuild that ROTTEN trash room and shoots on every floor. It’s all ROTTEN! Oh and the rides on the elevators sometimes even worse! Put new mats down at least in their elevators and I’ve heard residents complain they can’t even see the numbers on the buttons on the elevators! How inconvenient is that for the elderly who may have seeing issues. Paint the numbers in for the people! Do something my goodness! I’ve never seen such lack in a residential, elderly, and disabled housing facility. And they say they care. Who’s running this!!!!!!! Praying for the people at St. Peter Manor! The other reviews people have posted about this place is just WOW!

My mother lived in this filthy disgusting place, and it is riddled with roaches and bed bugs. I was horrified to find this out after my mother passed away. I live out of state and a family member called St. Peter’s to do a welfare check on my mother, we could not get a hold of her, and they would not go check on her. My brother whom also lives out of state, called the police to do a welfare check, to find my mother had passed away. Do not allow your elderly parents or grandparents to move into to this uninhabitable place they call Senior living, it’s Senior HELL!!

Worst.

I've heard of this elderly and disabled housing here in Memphis Tn and I feel for the residents. Many are concerned about the up keep of this place. Even though this establishment had a major upgrade in 2019 or whenever it was back then, that was over 4 years ago. I've heard reports of the place is going down in building maintenance (the building itself needs attention) inside and out. You cannot just only continue to prepare apartments inside for new tenants to move in only, you have keep the whole building in order itself!!!!! If the building as a whole is not maintained properly and continuously NEGLECTED, soon the whole building will begin to crumble!!!!! These are facts and the owners, HUD officials, mayors, code enforcement and whoever else needs to pay attention to this property, inspect it correctly and repair it! It's an OLD building. Fix the problems in this place and give the people what they deserve living here and the ones that are going to move here going forward ! The people at this location and I'm sure other locations deserve BETTER! Bring this place BACK TO ITS FULL POTENTIAL! Clean this site UP!

Our company was called to clean up an hoarding situation inside this senior home. The building is highly secured. The check in and check out process was easy and the staff was very helpful. The office allowed our cleaners to use their cart to make the cleanout a lot easier while transporting from floor to floor to the trash bin.

Do not. I repeat do not send your parents, grandparents, or even your own self to this dwelling. So funny how they only have a few reviews online anywhere on any site! A lot of things are being hidden. Their residents are too afraid to tell the proper authorities. Non working security gate all the time. They need to update their security gate electronic fence system. Get the gates working on a regular basis and make certain the badge identifier continues to track people coming in. There’s a constant bedbug and roach problem that is ongoing. No matter how clean you are they still remain. No matter how many bug treatments are done residents are still complaining of being bitten. Needs to be more inspections on apartments as some residents refuse to get inspections. Dirty old carpets throughout the building. They had a fire was the only reason they replaced a few floors with wood floors but ignored the other floors. The carpets are infested as well. The buildings needs repairs inside and out. Holes in the roofs and ceilings inside apartment building and their maintenance building and activity center from critters. Hanging and missing rusted gutters on their buildings, in back of their activity center. Sometimes there’s days of trash build up in trash room. Furniture trash outdoors without proper disposal. This place is out of control and needs attention. It would be a great place if it wasn’t so neglected. I visit this place frequently and know many residents. They appreciate their homes but they do not deserve this.
