The facility was warm and inviting from the entrance throughout,, the residents seemed happy and well cared for,,, l got the opportunity to meet with NURSE MANAGER,,AMERIS,,, who was very caring understanding and listen attentively to the resident concerns,, She was polite and extremely professional! The staff was equally concerned as l walked through some kindly speaking ,, simply asking if everything was ok,, that speaks volumes,, and showed they cared about my concern even thou they were caring for other patients!! I love to just peek in others residents room say hi,,, see how they are feeling and everyone l checked in on seemed very well cared for and was happy! I think it’s a nice place for any one considering or needed care for a loved one!! KUDOS TO THE STAFF AT RIVER OF LIFE!!!

Lakisha Scott is an outstanding Life Enrichment Coordinator who brings tremendous energy and positivity to the community. Every time I visit, she is welcoming, professional, and fully engaged with the residents and staff around her. What stands out most is her genuine enthusiasm and caring spirit. She consistently creates a positive atmosphere and works hard to ensure residents feel valued, included, and encouraged. Her personality, dedication, and attention to the people she serves make a noticeable difference in the daily experience of those in her community. It is always a pleasure interacting with Lakisha. Her positive attitude and commitment to enriching the lives of others are evident in everything she does. River of Life is fortunate to have someone with her level of passion, professionalism, and heart serving its residents.
