This facility is a nice building. I have had a few bad experiences with how they operate and communicate. Not knowing is one thing but knowing and nothing is done about is awful thing. There are a few are good staff members. One of the nurses on the 100 hall has a bad attitude problem. The residents are already at a low point in their life and to be treated bad your care giver is unacceptable and very poor work ethics. They don't answer the phone out their. My sister was gasping for air one day and it took them a long time to answer phone. One day, I was standing in front of the receptionist…

My sister was gasping for air one day and it took them a long time to answer phone. One day, I was standing in front of the receptionist while ringing the phone and she wouldn't answer it. She told me she was going to answer the phone when she get done with what she is doing, opening mail. They will ignore the call lights for 45 minutes to an hours. I do like to recognize a few good employees, that Liz who goes over and beyond her duties. She has a pleasant attitude and shows compasion for her patients. Also Capri who doesn't mind assisting in any way she can. She's a good company keep. Both of them brings good energy into the room.
The staff here is professional and kind, and the facility is clean and organized. I wouldn’t hesitate to get care here for a loved one!
The facility is nice and staff is friendly. The new Business Office Manager is very knowledgeable of her job.
I(a relative of mine) had a great experience with Signature Healthcare of Primacy. The staff was professional, caring and attentive from the first day to checkout. The providers took the time to listen to my relative's concerns, explain everything clearly and made them feel comfortable throughout their stay. The office was clean, organized and efficient. It is clear they truly care about their patients and providing quality healthcare. I would definitely recommend Signature Healthcare of Primacy to anyone looking for compassionate and reliable medical care.
My daughter was there she is 44. The staff would leave her with a dirty diaper as she wasn't allowed to get up because of problems with her feet. When they did change her she got to smell it all day because they leave it and everything in her bathroom. I was very disappointed in this facility not only was my daughter abused but the room was crawling with roaches. A nice juicy RAT ran down the hall on 1 visit. I don't really know who to report all of this to so I'm putting it here in hops someone will read and not send their loved one there they deserve a 1 rating.
I cover many of the skilled nursing facilities in Memphis and I find the people at Signature at Primacy always friendly and helpful. The building is always clean and the residents seem happy.
My aunt was here for rehab and I got the chance to visit. The staff was exceptional. Their nurses, aides, administrative staff all made sure she was well taken care of. My aunt who is a picky eater also happened to like the food. Overall, she had a good stay and the staff made it so pleasant for her. I’d definitely recommend this to anyone whose family needs skilled care.
Do not bring your family here. Too many young people that work.here . They take your whole check and do nothing for you. I buy my own food, sometimes they don't clean me up till m 9 pm. I ask them to do something they tell you give a minute it could be 4hrs before you see them. You punch the light and they will turn it off and ignore it. They enjoy patience that lick there behind. I been waiting a half hour and they haven't been inhere. No medication has been given not even checked on me,but you can here laughing and talking at the desk. I am going to take this farther then just here. Iam leaving but I am going to the news with this because they don't care. I have 3 bills that total 300 dollars and they telling me don't pay them but when I die they will come after my family for my bills
