4.3 · 40 reviewsThis facility is one amazing facility if u need physical therapy all the way down to putting a loved one in this facility they go above and beyond to make anyone and everyone feel like family and like they are home if you are hesitant about putting a loved one in a facility send them to signature healthcare cause it’s a very clean facility and like I said the ppl are truly amazing
The staff here is awesome! I want to say my stay at signature healthcare in Elizabethton was great and Lindsey the case manager is great she goes above and beyond.make sure your needs are met and glenda a CNA was great the best CNA I have ever seen and diana the RN was the sweetest one she make sure to get what you need of she don't have in hand she make sure she go gets if dor you I love everybody here everyone treats you with respect not just one but everyone does their therapy team is great I would give them an A plus I will high recommend signature health in Elizabethton to anybody
I am a resident here now this make my fourth time being here I will not go to any other unless you all don’t have opening they are the nicest people here I want recognize some of the people Lindsey from social work she is the sweetest person I have ever met then you have Glenna as a cna then Dortha and then you have Diana Woodward Brandi cna on nights and they you have Victoria Kimmel Paige Montgomery Jeff Gilliam Andrea and Sylvester from physical therapy everyone goes above and beyond to meet you need they come check even if you are ok I love this place so much I overall rate them with an A…

A very professional, warm and friendly facility. They encourage you and help you. The PT department was phenomenal, Sylvester was especially instrumental in getting me to walk without a cane. Jeff, Victoria and Page and Andrea, everyone is incredible. The nursing staff is great. I would recommend others to come to this facility if they need therapy.
The staff have been great. Pleasant and willing to help. I have had multiple family members here. Never been disappointed.
My dad was there for about 2 years and just recently passed. In all that time I have no complaints. Staff was kind, knowledgeable and willing to listen. The care he received in his last few days was remarkable.
My stay here was wonderful. Felt like the hospital ambushed me out of there and Signature Health made me feel at home and cared for. Would gladly recommend signature Health to anyone in need of rehab. Great staff, all very caring and helpful. I stay ed on the 200 floor, aka Willow Lane. Glenda, Tina, Diana and so many other nurses took care of me. They were the sweetest, most gentle most caring women/nurses I've ever experienced, and I've been in and out of the hospital and rehab for several years. I will gladly go back if the need arises and I will request the same floor! Ladies, THANK YOU SO MUCH! SINCERELY FROM THE BOTTOM OF MY HEART! Even one of the kitchen workers, Mrs Carden went out of her way to check on mr and ensure I was happy with meals. Again, Thank Yall ALL so much for your care! Most Sincerely, Lisa Scott
