This is a wonderful place the staff and the nurses are amazing it's not like any other place me and my husband's ever visit with family they treat people with compassion and they got love for their patients me and my husband is going to do something for them and help them out a lot I recommend this place 10 Stars 🙏🙌
We have had some issues that I won't go into detail just yet but I have now spoken to the director of nurses about the issues and I'd like to give them the benefit of the doubt and time to fix it....I will update in a couple weeks!! Sincerely a concerned daughter who loves her mama!!
The nursing staff is very unprofessional, you would never see these people working at a reputable place. They let my father lay in bed with pneumonia even after we requested immediate medical attention. They absolutely do not care about the residents and will promise the loved ones miracles to get the beds filled but refuse to offer the care they promised. Once my father was taken to JCMC, they called my mother and told her they were sending my father to the ER because he was refusing to take his medication. In all reality, he was unconscious and unable to take any medication. I would advise…
I would advise everyone that loves their loved one to run from this place and most of its employees. Grant you, they are some really good, caring individuals there that strive to give the residents the best care possible. This excludes the director, Brandy and the nurse on the 200 floor, Barbara. Barbara isn't the only nurse there that refused my father care but the only I can call by name.
As l entered, l was created with a friendly and supportive group of visitor - greeting staff. They explained how to use the " check-in" and when leaving method machine and how to gain and exit facility doors to patients . They assisted me in finding a method to carry items to his room also. Nurses at all levels are were/are : compassionate and attentive to each of their patients' needs , no matter what level of care that l have observed with my family member and walking throughout the facility. I have never smelt negative odors, neither . Always positive clean smells. Pts. Appear "well kept" happy and hygiene maintained. Call lights are/were answered in a timely matter. Nursing staff answers all of Jody C's questions and family questions when asked. Maintaining Hepa and Client names of members who can receive information and any medication changes that have been made. Preserving his dignity and privacy at all times. Jody reports he enjoys all of the kitchens' meals . [Altho, he did/ does love and miss fried potatoes and onions that his mother once made] ~I, as a family member, have rated 5/5 for these reasons above.
Compassionate and caring staff
It was very clean, and the staff was very friendly.
Wonderful staff along with a great physical therapy department. Thank you, Regina Diehl for all you do for the seniors you guys serve.
I have worked with Life Care and the clients for several years. The staff has always been responsive and super helpful. The PT department is Awesome. Regina really cared about her clients.
