The staff are friendly and generally try to be helpful; however, there are some team members who seem indifferent. The staff are friendly and generally try to be helpful; however, there are some team members who seem indifferent. I was sitting with my mother when she called the nurses as she was in pain, and when someone finally arrived, they asked if she was okay. She responded "No," but the individual simply walked away. The next problem isn’t a major problem but considering how much people have to pay to stay here it is worth noting. My mother has been here for about a year, and since the new owners assumed control, things have begun to decline. Recently, the owners decided to stop providing soft drinks with patient meals, citing cost concerns. Considering there are over 60 rooms, each housing two patients, it’s hard to understand how inexpensive beverages like Shasta sodas could be too costly—especially given the monthly fees residents pay.

Staff is very kind & helpful to my friend whose there for rehabilitation.

My mother was here for the last month of her life. I was with her every day and able to see firsthand the excellent level of care she received from everyone on the staff. They were professional, courteous and extremely caring. In the last week they took as much care for me as they did for her. They made sure I had something to eat and drink and when I left for the day they reassured me that they would call me if there were changes in my Mom’s condition. This gave me the peace to be able to come home and rest. I am very thankful for all they did for us. Glenna

A friend of mine is a resident here. Staff is nice and facility is clean.

My friend Susan is currently a patient and, is very pleased with her treatment during recovery from surgery. The staff is wonderful and her recovery is going well.

Amazing, caring staff from the sweet lady Monica who cleans to the Director of Physical Therapy. My mom spent two months here and she cried when she left. She came to love her caregivers who were the best of the best, plus the CNAs who answered every need with a smile and grace. I am my mother’s at-home caregiver and I can truly appreciate the continuous patience, support, and kindness these individuals provided my mother. This also includes the meal staff, the people who provide games and entertainment for the residents - everyone so kind and who know everyone by name. Quite astonishing and as a caregiver, gave me great peace that she was in such capable and caring hands. If it was any less than the 5-star rating, I would surely rate it accordingly. This place was top notch. My mom was here between November 2025 - January 2026.

When I get someone to answer they keep giving me the run around they are very rude I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone

Thanks to all the folks at the Sevierville Health and Rehabilitation Center. They took care of my Wife for a year and a half until she passed making her experience there the best it could possibly be The Nurses and CNA's were caring, Kind and positive and stood tall when things got rough several times The PT people are wonderful. They did everything they could under difficult circumstances at times. I wish I could name everyone but just know. Anyone that comes here is in good hands. I call these people my friends now. Thanks again one and all!
