4.6 · 78 reviewsBrookdale Sevierville is a wonderful assisted living facility. Everyone from the administration to the nurses, caregivers, food service, and maintenance workers are friendly and so helpful! They have been such a blessing in providing the best care for my mom.
Brookdale has been amazing. I moved my 101 year old dad there in [date removed]. They only have 14 rooms for memory care and typically 4 mature women on staff - not 20 year olds! Dad is a happier man than he has been in the last 2+ years. Brookdale is an older facility. But the management is outstanding and cares about their residents. I wish dad had been able to move into their assisted living side. Wonderful rooms across onto a patio with nice landscaping, chairs, etc. I highly recommend Brookdale Sevierville.
Brookdale Sevierville was a very nice place. It was very clean. We sat down to lunch with people there and we saw the apartments. The only thing about the little apartments was they were very, very small. I don't know if we would be ready to go that far, like getting rid of our furniture and things like that yet. They have music for folks and they have church services. They have an assigned table for your breakfast, lunch, and dinner. You can do very little cooking (I don't know if there was a stove, but I know there was a refrigerator). They only had one bedrooms. The staff was very nice.…

Brookdale Sevierville was a very nice place. It was very clean. We sat down to lunch with people there and we saw the apartments. They have music for folks and they have church services. They have an assigned table for your breakfast, lunch, and dinner. You can do very little cooking (I don't know if there was a stove, but I know there was a refrigerator). They only had one bedrooms. The staff was very nice. The lunch we had was fine. We would have been pretty much free to come and go. I would have kept my car with me and that kind of stuff. It was lovely.

The management and staff are very kind and responsive. They really do treat all those living in the facility with kindness and respect. My mother felt like it was new home for her and she only had kind words for those providing her care services.

Most outstanding assisted living center in our area. Highly recommend to anyone. Clean, safe, great food and activities. Staff is caring.
I toured Brookdale Sevierville. I liked everything about it. The cleanliness and everything. I know someone that was there, and they enjoyed the food. The layouts were perfect and beautiful. The staff was very interactive, very kind, and very caring.
My mom has been a resident for about a month, and she is adjusting very well. The staff is doing a super job helping her get acquainted with other residents, and encouraging mom to get involved with all the many activities that are provided for the residents. Mom has also commented on the delicious meals provided and how friendly and helpful everyone is. I am so happy that we are a part of the Brookdale community!
