4.3 · 12 reviewsI don't have a lot of hands on experience with the place, but from what I have seen and what I have heard from my loved one they do a fine job here! It's a nice looking place, and the people all seem very friendly. We're satisfied with our choice!
Residents who need to live in nursing home live there. Some urinate on furniture in lobby and hang out in the front... No monitoring. Need [removed], experienced with senior elder, care... staff. Director too young....No empathy. Going down fast ...no security. Elevation has abandoned tenants. not enough corporate help and presence ..Rowdy low class tenants live there too. RENT TO ANYBODY TO FIILL THE PLACE UP.....need stronger people to operate facility. too may non- seniors on premises.relatives etc...some living there.
We're very pleased with Serenity Apartments at Hickory Hill. Things have gone very well so far my loved one. It's a nice looking, clean place, and the people here are friendly and helpful.

The staff is just excellent. Any time I call them they are very quick to respond and help out. They had a very nice welcoming party for us. It is a very nice and quiet atmosphere. It is very nice and I like the area. Everything has been good.
They are currently doing some renovating so it may be a little while before things get looking nice, and in the meantime there are also not much activities at the time. Overall I've been happy with the stay here at Serenity Apartments. I am a little concerned about the security at night because there are a lot of lights out and it's dark. So there are certainly a few things they could do to improve, but overall I am happy here.
It look & smell wonderful. Only problem, I have been waiting an entire Month for Direct cable services which I included in my 1st Month's rent,but have never received Services. The staff keeps saying. They are working on it. I am a big TV fan ,but have missed all of my Favorite shows. Since this property is being renovated, everything should have been up an Running before allow us to move in.
So far I'm satisfied with personal and the overall environment and the people I've met here.it's a beautiful place
