My grandparents have been at River Oaks Place Lenoir City for over 2 years now. They have various activities and weekly outings that they can go to if they want to. Most of the staff are kind. They know all the residents, which is nice, and they interact with everybody pretty well. The place is mostly nice. It's not one of the most upscale places, so it's not brand new by any means. My grandparents are in a nice 2-bedroom apartment with a large balcony. They have a salon and a few different community areas where we're able to come together as a big family and bring a birthday cake and stuff…

I frequently visit a friend (retired nurse) there and have always been met with friendly and concerned staff. Residents and family I have met there are very happy with their care.
They don't pay their employees right!!!! the woman who runs the place is a joke, she's very unprofessional an lies about everything Aka "Melissa" doesn't know how to do anything right. I wouldn't put my dog in this place I highly recommend not putting any of your family there. My whole family worked for this place. I just hope they are ready for a class act lawsuit!!!!!! Update she's asking her employees to come on here and write positives because she's being called out. She needs to be worrying about patient neglect an state comeing in.
I can not say enough good things about River Oaks. Melissa, Kevin, Randall, Zee, all of the nurses & everyone there truly care about the residents and we couldn’t ask for a better place to help take care of my grandfather. He truly enjoys his time there & receives excellent care.
River Oaks is a excellent place. My Dad has been there for several years and loves it. The staff and management are very professional and care about there jobs. I'm not sure what we would do with out them. I would recommend River Oaks to anyone needing help with there loved ones.
Overall, my loved one's experience at River Oaks Place Lenoir City was great. However, her initial evaluation could have been more in depth to catch poor cognitive status and inability to maintain safety of self. This facility is nice and the staff and residents are nice. We enjoyed getting to know them. We loved the activities and the Activities Director. I would recommend River Oaks Place Lenoir City to family and friends.
The leadership is very responsive. The staff is so kind and engaging. The facilities are spacious and well appointed. I am grateful my parents have the good fortune to live out their days here in this community.
My grandmother was treated very poorly from this place and her care taker did not know how to take care of anything in life
