I have come in contact with seniors who are on TennCare Choices and could no longer live on their own at home but did not qualify for nursing home level care, so it is good to know that this community accepts TennCare Choices. Long term care has gotten even more expensive these days and it is good to know that this LTC Community accepts Choices. I have come in contact with seniors who are on TennCare Choices and could no longer live on their own at home but did not qualify for nursing home level care, so it is good to know that this community accepts TennCare Choices. Another I thing that I love about this community, is that it is small and it has a home like environment. If you have a loved one that is 55 years old and older on TennCare Choices that can no longer live on their own and need round the clock care, you definitely want to check out this long term care community.
My mother is a new resident here at this location and I’m overall satisfied!!!Nice facility.Big spacious room ..I was so worried at first placing my mom in a new place around new people but I’m happy she did ..my mom loves it here …
They must be under new management because when I tell you the place is so nice smelled good the rooms was a decent size I’m most definitely considering letting my mom move here and did I mention the staff was so nice and welcoming I’ll most definitely be in touch thank you 😊

The staff is friendly and helpful. The price is affordable. The place could stand some cleaning and a coat of fresh paint to brighten it up. There was an ongoing problem with bedbugs and I removed my love one from this facility. There were other issues too but I don't want to be too negative.
I met [name removed], she was very open and forthcoming addressing each and every concern about both my loved one and the care provided. The community was clean the residents seemed content and free to (safely) live as they desired. There was adequate staff and large grounds for residents to walk or get fresh air. I was provided with a meal plan for the week. There is good variety and portions appear sufficient. I recommend Ridgemont Manor.
After a bit of a bumpy start, this community is a great value. The Owner and Administrator try very hard to meet the needs of the family and there residents. Great food.
Sister has lived their for 2 weeks, and we are very pleased,
The staff lead me to believe they could care for my loved one yet I have not seen this. They advertised three meals a day and snacks and I have seen very little or no snacks during the day. The staff sleep on the couches at night and have the residents in their rooms before the sun goes down. They have a bus but they do not offer to transport the residents. I am not sure how educated the staff are at this community.
