When my step-father passed away in June, finding the right memory care environment for my mother became an immediate priority. Dementia requires a special kind of environment, and Remember Me Senior Care has delivered exactly what she needed during a challenging transition. I knew they had filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection in 2025, but after visiting the property, I felt completely confident in choosing them for my mother’s care this year. The facility is thoughtfully designed with five separate, single-story farmhouse-style buildings. It feels open, bright, and spacious—nothing like a traditional, sterile nursing home. My mother’s room is larger than anything I saw at other memory care facilities in the region, giving her space to feel comfortable and at ease. The staff is consistently responsive, attentive, and dedicated to maintaining a warm, home-like atmosphere that brings real peace of mind. I am grateful for the care and environment they provide every day.

This facility is different than most Assisted living and Memory care facilities. The houses are very warm and inviting making you feel like you are at home. They have amazing care staff that are dedicated in ensuring the residents are cared for and loved. They have a beautiful little community!

I’ve worked frequently with the staff and they have all been very helpful and welcoming. The campus is beautiful, spacious, and relaxing. The home design allows for personalized care with a family-like feel. Would highly recommend!

My mother chose to move to Remember Me Senior Care last November after visiting every facility in Cleveland. We love the home-like environment, and family-like relationships established with other residents, staff, owners, and other resident families. Is it perfect? Absolutely not. Do they respond to concerns? Absolutely. Do they work toward continuous improvements? Whenever and wherever possible and reasonable. Mother hopes, as I do, that Remember Me Senior Care is her home for a long while.

Remember Me has incredible staff! The food always smells amazing and the community is kept so clean! Lauryn does a fantastic job running everything and their maintenance staff makes the community look in tip top shape! I never have had not one bad interaction with any staff!

We love this place. From day one, the entire team has cared for mom so well! Even in difficult circumstances so many of the staff work to know and understand mom and help her be her best self.

Remember Me has been our mother’s new residence for the past six months, and she absolutely loves it. She has met many kind and receptive residents, and they seem to have such wonderful bonding, delighting in sharing time together. We have been very pleased with the quality of care and the attention to detail that Mother has received. The entire staff shows great kindness, patience , and concern to our mother and every resident. They make sure that each person is shown respect, is seen and heard, and is afforded the opportunity to live his or her life with dignity. The community is warm and inviting, and has been designed in such a manner that it exudes a sense of home. With an abundance of windows having been included in the building design, there’s always a stream of warm sunlight on sunny days pouring in, brightening the days of those who maybe aren’t able to be outside. The private rooms for the residents are very spacious, and designed for functionality and safety, as well as being aesthetically pleasing. Our mother especially enjoys spending time in one of her favorite rockers, listening to Elvis, and watching the birds at the feeders outside of her windows. She also enjoys engaging with her friends during communal mealtime, and looks forward to various programs/entertainment provided for the residents throughout the week. Thank you, Remember Me!!! Kudos to all!!!

The individual staff members are great. However, they advertise that they are specialists in Alzheimers patients, we didn't find this to be the case. They are horribly understaffed and can't attend to all of their patients. We told them prior to entering that my father is in moderate dementia and they assured us they could provide the care they advertise. Their pharmaceutical staff dropped the ball big time and had his meds screwed up, and he was declining rapidly. It was due to prescribing the wrong meds. We had to get him into a hospital to get his meds corrected. That was it. We decided to move him to another facility that was cheaper and had a better track record. On top of everything, they have a clause where you have to give them 30 day notice. Our focus was getting him the care he needed so we forgot to give notice. So instead of admitting their mistake and helping move my dad to a graceful exist as a matter of good faith, they're telling us we have to pay them a $4,000 contractual termination fee. They're all about the money and not the care, would not recommend. This is an assisted living facility, not an Alzheimers facility.
