They are taking great care of my grandma. I trust that they will take care of her and keep her safe. Any concern that I bring up is addressed right away and it is great that they listen to the patients. I really appreciate all the staff!
Wonderful, thoughtful staff that listened and answered every question for me and my family. Clean environment and activities are SO FUN!!! Lighthearted loving environment!
The staff on my mother’s hall is rude and don’t care…. This one nurse just sits at the desk and play on her phone …. My mother’s light was on when I walked in and no one answered the entire time I was there …. The internet is always out and no one seems to check on my mom since she can do some things for herself …. This may have been a mistake
I would give zero stars if I could. On Oct 25th, when my mother and myself visited my Granny, we could tell something was wrong. She was not speaking much and was not herself, I thought maybe she has had a stroke, we went and grabbed the CNA, and the nurse on staff, and they were like no she has not had a stroke, it's probably the medication. So my Mom fed my Granny her lunch and she was talking a little bit, so we went with what they told us. My aunt who has been a registered nurse for 40 years, went the next day and could tell immediately my granny had indeed suffered a stroke. My Aunt had to tell these people if they didn't call an ambulance ,she was going to call the police. My granny was transported to Baptist Memphis where she passed 6 days later from complications from a stroke. Me and my Mom knew something was not right, but we are not medical professionals, so we thought the Nurse knew what she was talking about, But no one did. I have filed a complaint with the Tennessee Board of Health Facilities Commission. Please don't send your loved ones here if at all possible. My Granny may still be here, if these incompetent people, had realized she had a stroke.
My brother has been at this facility when it was Quince Nursing home and now Iris Cove. My brother has been there two years this month. The quality of care Thursday certain nurse and west unit manager isn't always up to par.Have had concerns with my brother given whole pills when it's in his care plan for his medicine to be crushed. Have had personal hygiene concerns along with him being dressed daily and out of the bed. Also had had personal clothes misplaced or lost all together. When it clearly states that family does his laundry. Have spoken with his unit manager about these concerns and no improvement. Also have concerns about his daily meals feeding along with his fluids intake. Also found that this facility had my brother as his on beneficiary. Brother was also charged for private pay but wasn't in a private room 🤔
My relative was at this facility. The staff was awesome. They kept my loveone clean and attended to her needs. I spoke with the administrator and she was also kind and understanding. I would highly recommend this facility to others.
This facility provides excellent care and maintains a high standard of professionalism. The staff is knowledgeable, responsive, and consistently attentive to residents’ needs. Communication with families is clear and timely, which my family and I deeply appreciate. The environment is clean, organized, and welcoming. We are thankful for the dedication and compassion shown to our loved one. Special shoutout to Trezina! She has been an amazing help and advocate for my loved one.
My family experience wasn't pleasant at all. The wait time and response was an hour to 4 hours to change a wet depend. Some of the staff was rude and the care level was not consistent at all. Never saw major staff personnel to check on status of my family member care. Our overall experience was not great at all.
