Go to Morning Pointe or some place where people treat their residents with respect. I knew several people who worked here, and my Grandma was a resident there. At night, no one really cares for the residents when they need something. The night shift is either lounging or doing something. The rooms are hardly cleaned. The only good thing my Grandma liked was the food. The employees do not care for them. The Resident Assistants are doing things a CNA should be doing. Go to Morning Pointe or some place where people treat their residents with respect. I knew several people who worked here, and my Grandma was a resident there. At night, no one really cares for the residents when they need something. The night shift is either lounging or doing something. The rooms are hardly cleaned. The only good thing my Grandma liked was the food. The employees do not care for them. The Resident Assistants are doing things a CNA should be doing. The maintenance person doesn't upkeep everything. My grandma told me they weren't on top of cigarettes and making sure they were a smoking free facility that a man burned alive there. DO. NOT. GO THERE.
I own and operate this facility and it is well maintained food is served hot and fresh at all meals our activities are great We love Bingo medications are distributed by LPN's only Our residents are our family and my staff goes above and beyond to help them and their family in any way I highly recommended my facility to anyone looking for a great place for their loved one

This is a great a loving place for your family I personally work here we take care of our residents 24 hours daily our staff is drug screened and full backgrounds are done on them before they ever interact with residents we are all like a family and after all family is everything I highly recommend Prestige for your loved ones
Great loving home away from home for your loved ones the staff is loving and friendly daily activities with the residents facility is nice and clean I would highly recommended
Each resident gets the care they need! Some need a little more care then others we have some who are very independent just need someone to talk to. Laundry is done 24/7 some even do their own laundry! Regular baths meals and snack time! Great portions of food and food is excellent!! Our activity director is amazing with each resident! Bingo is our favorite in the building! Staff gets along with each other and everyone works as a team! The owner of our building is amazing! As far as the nasty comments and reviews towards this facility.. they are wrong!! There will be falls in any facility there will be things that sometime you can not help I have worked in a lot of facilities and I can say this place everyone is treated equally from staff to residents we are all family! We all have a great time together lots of things and activities not only the residents do but the staff can do with them!!! I love this place and I love these residents! If anyone is looking for a down home place for their family member this is the place! No one is better then the next and Boone sees themselves as better then one another everyone gets along great!!!
All three times I have been in this facility so far it seems Normal to me! I don’t EVER hear residents being talked to like dogs and as far as laundry some like doing there own but I have seen the employees doing residents laundry and interacting just fine!!! In fact, a employee today had the residents interacting and playing BINGO! There IS a place outside for residents to sit and I HAVE NEVER seen broken windows and or falling air conditioners! Some of these reviews are ridiculous to me and to refer to the “PEOPLE” living in the campground like that u should be ashamed of yourself you are no better maybe there struggling, who knows!!!!! #letGodjudgeNotU. This being said idk how it used to be here but it is a clean place and ran fine to me. The residents don’t need someone up there butt 24:7 they don’t want that, they just need someone 2 b there for support n a helping hand which the employees I’ve seen ARE!!!
