4.9 · 16 reviewsMy mom moved in 3 weeks ago. Everyone has been so nice. The place is clean and homey. The residents are so friendly and welcoming. Brian, the CNAs, nurse, and all employees are wonderful. I am so thankful for Parkway Cove and the care they have given her.
Truly is like a family clean and very nice
Both my parents have been residents at Parkway Cove. From the very first day when we met with Bryan and some of the staff, we felt welcomed and assured of our parents’ care. And the residents charmed us with their friendliness. Over the past year, we lost our father. Bryan, Julie, staff and the residents surrounded us with genuine care and support. Since Dad’s passing, in Dec 2023, we initially thought Mom would have a tough time. Yet, the staff and residents have helped her continue to flourish. Thank you Parkway Cove!

Our visit to Parkway Cove was good. I checked their memory care and it offered all the features that the others did, but the deciding factor was it's 15 minutes away from my home. The rooms were very good, clean, and well-tended. The person who toured me was excellent, helpful, very courteous, and knowledgeable. I checked the dining area and it was large, clean, and well-kept. The cook is right there. You can order special things like hamburgers or whatever, besides the going menu.
Happy Anniversary to my Mom who has been a resident here for one year in February. I am extremely pleased with this facility and all the caregivers who work arduously to meet my mom's needs. From the cooks, Vanessa and Alice, and to the entire staff, my sincere thanks for your kindness to my mom, Mrs. Starr. Keep up the job well done! Dr. Glisson
The staff is courteous and helpful. The caregivers in the community are very caring and lovable. The food menu has a wide variety of options. They offer activities my mom likes to play bingo with her friends. I really hope the staff can clean better without having to be told. I have addressed the issue with the supervisor i hope they can change this.
They have a really good staff. The director is really helpful and made the moving in process so easy. I really haven't seen anything that I can think of where they can improve. They are keeping mom busy and happy. It has been a really great experience with Parkway Cove and I would highly recommend them!
