4.2 · 55 reviewsFirst time visiting my best friend of 2nd grade. Upon entry, we were welcomed in a very pleasant and professional manner. The lady was just genuinely friendly ( like a family member). Showed us how to log in, assisted us with a sign-in system; then gave us future instructions and information so that when we come back, we would know what to do. The staff was pleasant in the hallway as we went to visit our friend. We had a nice visit and the staff made it happen!! This let us know that our friend is in a caring facility.
I went today for a tour because we are considering placing my mom here. I was pleasantly surprised. Everyone knows nursing home horror stories, I don't see evidence of that here. There was no nursing home "smell". Things looked neat and clean. People were friendly and helpful. I spoke with one visitor and one patient (I picked them to talk to) and both had positive comments about Covington Care.
I toured the facility today and it was breathtaking! The therapy gym was very spacious and the residents looked so happy throughout the facility! The rooms are spacious and the staff is very friendly!

Morgan in admissions is such a sweet and professional young lady. This was second experience dealing Morgan, first with my mother and now with my aunt, and personality is is perfect for her position. She listens and genuinely care. It may be her “job” but she definitely does not approach or respond the family members as a just a job. You can sense she has a heart of compassion and has always made me feel so comfortable placing a family member in their facility. Upon entering the facility I was greeted with by ladies that were so kind and gentle in their speech and definitely lead with their heart. Over all I am very pleased with this facility and would highly recommend this place to everyone.
They’re very nice and welcoming… Always on time I have no bad complaints… They take good care of their patients…. Comfortable place to be..
As a Fellow Nurse I am passionate about the care of Patients who require compassionate care . The staff was caring and supportive of my family member and I felt comfortable with the care and compassion here at Covington Care . Most definitly would recommend to freinds and collegues looking for this kind of standard .
This was my first visit and the lady at the desk was very sweet and helped me through the process and directed me to the room I was looking for.
